I had a great experience tonight at Blue Mercury. I arrived at literally 6:58 and had 2 minutes before closing. Abi helped me find what I needed, and was incredibly helpful, kind and patient. She had great suggestions and honestly made my night! Great customer service!!

Abigail was so so helpful in getting me what I was looking for, great recommendations and so welcoming! She said she recently started I hope she stays for awhile - some associates can have an aloof attitude and she's the opposite and so helpful- selection is improving there too
