Had a move scheduled a week before the move I found out they went out of business. No call or email about closing the business. Thank goodness for ATX Movers to the rescue!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I literally paid them $570 to rob me. They stole a very expensive gift I had just purchased for myself from my closet. They loaded my truck and then stole the item at the very end of the job. I found the evidence in the truck, filed a police report, submitting fingerprints to police, and pray that they are prosecuted. I’ve called Management several times and they haven’t done anything to help or take ownership of their shady movers. I’m very disappointed in this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They broke the dresser I have from my dead mother, and they tried to low ball me instead of getting it fixed, and they put a hole in the wall of my brand new house. It’s been almost a year and they’ve done nothing! Again, in my opinion you would be better off renting a U-Haul truck and hiring someone you find under an underpass to help you. I left a voicemail for the manager, and got no response. If they do not respond to me by this coming Monday, I will be going to their office in person to resolve the issue.

***Beware*** They broke one of our pieces, Agreed in an email to reimburse me for a CHEAP $300 repair, Owner is ghosting me - No call Back, No email and office assistant is Not polite.
Do Not Recommend - Will Not use again.

This is one of the worst moving companies I ever dealt with in my life. So they only had one Bedroom to move and it took them 4 hours to move one room. The first red flag was they didn’t show up with any tools and ask if I had a screwdriver and a wrench they could use to take a bed apart. Secondly it was 2 guys but only one was working. I should’ve canceled it but because my mother-in-law needed her bedroom setup because she had doctor’s coming out to her new place the next day, I let them continue. So when they finally get to her new apartment they couldn’t remember how to put the bed back together. I had to let them know they had some pieces upside down( ridiculous). So they finally get the ONE bedroom setup they tried to charge me over $500.00 dollars. Remind you they didn’t have any equipment to do their job. The only reason I went with them was because my brother-in-law referred them because he had 2 rooms moved (Bedroom & Living Room) and it only took them 2 hrs to move everything and put the furniture back together and his total was around $350.00. So I went with them thinking my total would be way less I was even told by one of the guys that answer the phone is shouldn’t cost that much or take that long. So this company states they are the best in town and that’s a complete lie they are the worst in town. Don’t use this company unless you want to supply them with tools to do their job and then be over charged.

This is the WORST BUSINESS ON THE PLANET!!! If I could rate them A ZERO I WOULD!!! They DESTROYED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF MY FURNITURE!!! A white leather sectional, white coffee table, another table and my bed and I didn’t receive one dime!!! Their customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE FROM THE OWNER, MANAGEMENT ON DOWN!!! DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT Waste your TIME NOR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!! I would RATE THEM AN F ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND C FOR CLOSED BECAUSE THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT THEY SHOULD DO WITH THEIR DEATH TRAP OF A BUSINESS!!

I have used Blue Whale 3 times now and I have been extremely pleased every time.Brian Moses and Moises Mejia moved my furniture on Saturday. They were professional, courteous, and were very careful with my antique furniture. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them in the future!

Our movers do not have good skill. They
left some items in old house, so
2 times come back to pick up items.
And most our planters are broken. Next time, I never do not use this moving company. Terrible experience.

0 stars!!! Booked my move over the phone on Thursday for today at 12pm-1pm. No one showed! I called them and was on hold for 10 minutes, never speaking to a live person. I hung up and started dialing other companies. I receive a text from Blue Whale stating that they would get back to me as soon as possible. I responded to the text that no one showed for my move. Someone from the company then called and preceded to tell me that he couldn't find my booking and that I had the wrong company?. I ended up booking with someone else for tomorrow morning because they obviously ghosted us. Then to make matters worse, someone else called me from Blue Whale stating that I was on their schedule, but the crew reported i canceled my move over the phone when they called me to give their ETA for arrival! What?!? These people are highly unprofessional and obviously can't employ people who actually want to work! Don't give them your business!!
Update: We would like to thank you for being unprofessional and standing us up! We got moved with Texan Moving Company who showed up early and got the job done in 3 hours and saved us $300 we would have spent with your company!! Great job guys!
