Literally the best customer service I’ve ever received. I placed an online pick up in store order and was anxious to pick up because this is my first (real) bike. I didn’t know what I was walking in to and I had hoped I ordered everything needed. I drove an hour to pickup on a holiday when the store closed early, which I wasn’t aware of. Not only did Gomez stay late to help me, but he did it with no hesitation. I ended up having to go back the next day to finish my purchase and he was so patient and helpful with all (and there were a lot) of my stupid newb questions. He walked me through everything on my bike, helped me with all my accessories, gave me a few pro cycling tips and loaded everything up for me. Really appreciate all of his help and guidance. Customer for life!

Mike and Gomez always make me feel like the most important part of their day. A shirt or jacket here, some lights there, and the all too often flat repair…The products I need, the service I appreciate, and the good vibes to power my next ride!—-Sweet Rack Michael

Gladly throwing away a 30+ year relationship.I drop off my specialized Levo MTB for a Level 1 Service, rebuild both front and back shocks, new chain and tire etc etc - cost est was $600 to $800 with an est completion of 10/25/23 . I leave heading to Airport thinking I am in good hands, I return the following Thursday 11/26 from a busy week of travels and drop by bike shop to hopefully to grab bike and be on my way.I walk to service desk and see my bike in the exact spot I had left it in the week previous - totally frustrated with them. I was supposed to be traveling to Tulsa to visit family and had intended on bringing MTB and riding it in the Bentonville AR Area with friends over the weekend, of course I had to cancel on that event. In rehashing the previous weeks needs and expectations they give me a NEW data of 11/02 for completion and this time they do follow up with email est. I call at COB on 11/02 and ask for service and it is clear that no effort has been extended thus far, I drop the call and then I give them all day on 11/03 and still no calls or reset of expectations.11/04 I drive to the store to pickup the bike finished or otherwise, of course nothing still had been completed. I ask for the bike and the 1 of 3 service techs go back and brings it forward. They offer no apologies, no excuses and act as if this was a non-event for them. To add when I get there, at 11:00am on 11/04 the tech’s had zero bikes on the racks and were all busy in chatting and none were turning wrenches indicating to me that there was time for them to finish my bike having blown 8 days with out so much a inch of movement.

Len Clark Gladly throwing away a 30+ year relationship. I drop off my Specialized Levo MB for a Level 1 Service, rebuilds on my front & rear shocks, new chain, new rear tire and take my bike from using tubes to being tubeless. 11/18/23 I drop off bike midday on my way to airport, service tech takes information and indicates that I would get a email/call covering our conversation and with full cost est - completion date was set 10/25/23. I finally return to Austin on 10/26 and stop by shop on my home and to my surprise my bike is sitting is the rack by the service desk exactly as I had left the week before, frustrated for I was driving to Tulsa OK on 10/27 to visit family and set time aside with local friends to travel to Bentonville area in Arkansas for some weekend MTB fun - HAD TO CANCEL. In my conservations with service tech I got the impression that they had no idea as to who the owner of that bike was and none of the previously mentioned conversation's had been saved much less acted on. We rehashed my needs and once again I leave, this time getting the detailed email and we now have a new completion date of 11/02/23. I call at COB on 11/02/23 to check on status of bike, hoping for some positive news but again the conversation assures me that they still haven't made any efforts to complete this simple project. I give them all day on 11/03/04 to service the bike, COB still no update so on 11/04/23 I decided to regain power, pull my bike from the shop and not give them the ability to enjoy having the $600-$800 contributed to their business. When asking for my bike they did not question as to why I am picking up with out repairs being complete, offed no explanations as to their failure to finish project, offered not so much as a apology absolutely nothing as if I wasn't even ever there. Too add when I walk in there were two tech's chatting it up in the back with zero bikes on the stand being worked on - so in total 3 tech's and not a single person turning wrenches.

Trek of Austin/Bee Cave is an excellent bike shop. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Mikey took a lot of time with me to ensure that I ended up with the right bike for me, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and gave me plenty of tips to help me avoid potential pitfalls that I would have likely encountered otherwise. Thanks for everything!
