Trek Bicycle Lamar is a destination for the latest Trek and Bontrager products, service for bikes of any brand, and bike rentals. It is a great place to save on clearance bikes, electric bikes, and discounted cycling gear. The store is conveniently located south of Lady Bird Lake in Austin and partners with local organizations. The staff is outstanding, exceptional, knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, and respectful. They are not pressured and focus on listening to needs and teaching customers to find the right bike for their situation. The on-site service department receives glowing recommendations. For rentals, the shop provides really nice, quality bikes that are quickly set up at a reasonable price. Staff offer helpful trail advice and ensure a great experience with proper sizing. The overall experience is excellent, making it the place to go for sales, service, or rentals.

I was very happy with the Emonda, which Zach fitted based on my fitter's report. The staff was understanding and prompt about sending my Speedplay pedals back to VA once I realized I'd left them on the bike.
