There are many amenities available, the office staff and maintenance staff are all very friendly and professional, and most importantly, the neighbors (at least mine) were quiet and respectful. Been here for about two weeks and already seen lots of roaches around our unit. The ceiling is also thin, or our upstairs neighbors just have heavy steps. We like how spacious the unit is though.
