I walked in as the second client and everyone started at me uncomfortably. So I asked if I could get 1 nail repaired and they all stared at one another. Looked at my nail and said they don’t have the colors neon orange and pink for a marble nail. I said it was fine let’s get it as close as possible. I asked if I could get lashes while I’m here the lady assisting said they don’t offer the service so I looked at it on line and showed her. I told her if they didn’t want to service me they didn’t have to because they have made me feel uncomfortable and not welcome from the time I walked in. She got another lady to then tell me the lash tech is not here. I just said ok let me pay. The lady asked for my phone number and I gave it to her. I asked if I could do tap to pay & she said no let me type your card number in. I did not feel comfortable with that so she brought a coworker over who may be more familiar with technology and asked me to send the money to her. I will never be back and it’s definitely not ok to treat people differently based on their appearance. Cute nail though.

My second time coming here. Went in with nails that could’ve easily been filled (that I got done here which were good) but the nail tech thought it would be a good idea to just remove my current nails and start a whole new set. She removed them with a fake nail by just using it to go under my fake nail and remove them that way. Anyways, she kept checking her watch (not an Apple Watch but an analog watch as if she was rushing. She was moving so fast but I wanted to trust her. I wanted a light pink French tip and she didn’t even put a base down after applying the fake nails and I let her know I don’t want the fake nail color showing and asked for a base. She EVENTUALLY found a good base color and then went ahead and tried to apply the light pink tip color and it was crooked and super thick. She tried twice and I just eventually told her never mind and to just leave the base color and left like that. My nails look like some press ons I could’ve gotten from the store. Super messy job the whole time and it was so uncomfortable with her. I do not recommend going here what so ever for anything.

As others have said, folks are nice and the salon is inviting, but left disappointed with the actual service. Little attention paid to my toes or the bottom of my foot. I should have said something but I'll have to cut my nails in a week. I shouldn't have to come home to clean and soak my feet. Overpriced for the service I received.

I have had good service for years here but lately it has been a disaster. I received a pedicure and the male tech thinned my nail so much it required acrylic which he didn't say a word about doing or acknowledging his mistake. He must need glasses because he cut my cuticle not once but 4 times. Again no acknowledging or apologies. I am trying to grow out my nails so I can find a good place for pedicures in my area.

Avoid this place!! If I can zero I would. This was the worst service at a nail salon I have ever received. - the lady had me wait 10 minutes in cool water for my pedi - while I was sitting in cool water she was sitting right in front of me on her phone on FaceTime for 5+ minutes. Idk what she was waiting for! -she never asked if I wanted anything to drink I had to ask her. And her response was, what you want. Ma'am what do you have!! -at the end she said she'll come back and apply my top coat. Where are you going finish my service! - when she finally returned she rushed me to pay. Ma'am my toes are wet, I'm going to relax here until they are dry. She then offers to take my card to swipe it! Absolutely not, where was this energy when you were servicing me. I'll pay when I'm done. You should have had that same energy to start my service rather than having me sit while you finish your phone call. She treated me and my sister like we were going to run out without paying. My sisters French tips horrible and uneven. They didn't do her acrylic right. This was the worst service we have EVER received and will not be going back.

While my experience at the salon was very positive with kind and attentive staff, the result was very poor. I’m giving them one star only for the nice attitude. The quality of the service was awful. I had three technicians doing my gel nail polish manicure which may have caused this. The gel covered my cuticles at the bottom of the nails and it started peeling three days after I was at the salon. One week after that, it started peeling at the top of the nails. I’d expect gel lack to last at least 2-3 weeks, although gel nails done in other places have lasted me up to 6 weeks without peeling off at all. Regular nail polish has lasted me longer than this. Very disappointed.

Beverly nails is great weather you need a mani or a pedi - they are a full service salon and csn accommodate all your needs - the staff is super friendly - I love using them!

The atmosphere was great and staff was friendly. But the experience was rushed, my nails were left rough with paint on the sides and cuticles had to be trimmed at home later. There was also a large bit of my toenail that was cut off and started to bleed when I got home.

I go here every time I get my nails done unless my girl isn’t in! Lena never disappoints and I never leave unsatisfied! Love the environment and the people, they’re always so sweet and I love that even if I see someone else besides Lena, the girls are so so kind. Love Beverly!

Very unprofessional manager & nail tech. Very poor and rushed service. I also felt that they came across confrontational when I questioned the color. I have had the same color on and off for the past several years so I am very familiar on what the outcome should look like! Then charged me $10 more for the same service I've had in the past! I would not recommend going here!
