Geek squad refused to change out a battery on a laptop & acted like they were too good to do that. They pissed me off so I went home, found a YouTube video & changed it myself. Took less than 15 minutes & worked perfectly.

I went to Best Buy to explore my cell phone options. I was not in a place to purchase. The fact that Best Buy had Samsung reps was very extremely helpful and will ensure I continue to utilize Best Buy for both in store and curbside purchases. David was extremely helpful in sharing options and features of each Samsung phone. He patiently showed various features and was able to clearly articulate the differences between my current pixel phone and the S24. I was having trouble deciding on two phones and features I would use. He asked the right questions to help me come to a clear decision. And convinced me I also need a watch. Something my husband has been trying to do for over a year. Morgan was also very helpful is shared very cool video feature I can not wait to use. Thank you for having experts available. I hate have to buy big tickets items based solely on reviews and pictures.

I used to be a promoter of this company but longer. I received a TV as a anniversary gift from my son. It was defective and does not work. But since he bought it more than 15 days ago they will not even exchange it. I tried calling all the numbers and just get India. Store assistant manager was no help. Refused a 1 time execution and basically said yeah to bad. This used tone a good company but I make it a mission to warn folks customer satisfaction no longer exists at Best Buy. Just use Amazon at least they make things right when they sell a bad product.

I purchased a gift for my wife on 12/21 and attempted to return today on 1/17. The extended holiday return period ended 3 days prior on 1/14. The item was entirely unopened and never removed from packaging (which was itself in mint condition). The manager Anan informed me that he could not accept the return, even for store credit. Thankfully, the Best Buy about 6 miles away accepted the return for store credit which I promptly spent. I do not think this was an unreasonable exception to request given the condition of the item and the fact that they do still sell this particular item. I do hope that if I am given the opportunity, I can demonstrate the kindness and courtesy I wish he had extended me today. I am grateful to be able to show leniency and understanding with the families and patients that I serve, even when this is inconvenient.

Anything you're looking for you can find, if you know ahead of time of good discount even better. Be very specific with the guys helping.If you searched online an item in that location you're going not necessarily will be there, I know annoying but that's how it is.

Way to ruin Christmas BEST BUY. Please go to a different location I always have problems here and I just went to pick up my daughter laptop and Santa gift and they treated me like a criminal because they had cancelled it and didn't tell me and said they had me on video picking it up. (I bought my mom one two weeks prior) and when I went to just purchase it anyway the price had doubled in the two days it took for me to get it so my daughter was back in school and the manager REFUSED to honor it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVWR GO BACK. Until my husband comes home to give them a piece of his mind for treating me like that. Despicable. I'm soooo not a Karen just an angry mama who was just treated very poorly for NO GOOD REASON!

Bought a pair of headphones a couple of months ago, which stopped working properly. I asked for help, I wanted to exchange them for another model or the same model. The rep was ok, he told me nothing could be done since got them 2 months and 12 ago. I knew it already but since I’m paying total tech plan, I know they have warranty. Manager came out, with a horrible attitude and told me “you own the product. Well it outside and see if you can get any money back”. He didn’t even bother to take them to the techs or something. So, what are we paying total tech for? I got a bunch of stuff from this store and the service has been decaying a lot… I understand that, working on a retail store should be heavy, but all I ask is to be treated accordingly to the service I’m paying for, no more, no less.
