Apparently even the corporate team doesn't understand how to make a sale. Jay that responded doesn't understand how math works when you sell a purchase plan from best buy it's pure profit. So exchanging an unwanted gift that a customer has, that's a SKU you still sell, would be a great way to entice a customer. No I got a link to the best buy policy. I just cannot comprehend how that makes any sense. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. These employees make it so easy to choose where you spend your money. Thank you!

Walked around for 10 mins not 1 worker came to help. I walked right out after I got tired of being ignored. The only voice I heard was 1st greeting at entrance 😳

A bunch of rude racist employees who ask if you need help because they're profiling. Thinking someone is there to steal when their inventory is lacking and the store is dwindling along. Stay out of Southpark Meadows Best Buy unless you're hispanic with a fade maybe they won't spy on you while they stand on the floor congregating. I work customer service in retail and your customer service sucks.

I haven’t been to a Best Buy in over 10 years, and now I remember why.
It’s heartbreaking to see because Best Buy at one time was the place to go to for electronics TVs and such .
They are doing it to themselves

Big run around every location I went to. Was told I would be able to lease to own and jump through the hoops for nothing. Ended up with a laptop from Wal Mart in Austin for less.

THIS STORE WILL SCAM YOU! BEWARE!
LISTED PRICES MEAN NOTHING, THEY WILL BAIT AND SWITCH YOU, REPORTING THEM TO MY STATE REP.
Tried to buy a TV, and they refused to sell it at the listed price.
Then, I checked the app, and decided to go with the open box version since the price was listed wrong. Went to get it, and the price was wrong AGAIN. They refused to match the right price in store and demanded I do the order on the app. So I did that, and then they said that I can pick it up TOMORROW. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? IT IN MY CART RIGHT NOW, WHY DO YOU NEED ME TO COME BACK TOMORROW?
THIS STORE IS A SCAM, THE MANAGERS REFUSE TO DO THEIR JOBS, AND THE CUSTONER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS ONE OF THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD.
I would give 0 stars if I could and am considering calling the police for a bait and switch. Absolutely terrible.

Visiting this Best Buy location was quite the disappointment. The store was extremely disorganized, and the monitor and computer sections were covered in dust, crying out for a much-needed cleaning. I found a product I wanted with a price tag below the MSRP and thought I had stumbled upon a great deal. However, when I got to the register, I was informed that the price was incorrect and they refused to honor it, even the manager stood by this decision while showing him a pile of products with this price tag.
It’s no wonder more people are turning to online shopping these days. Given the poor service and limited inventory, it's not hard to envision this store following the fate of the Best Buy at Pflugerville location, potentially closing in a few years, or even facing bankruptcy like Circuit City or Fry's Electronics. For a brand as large as Best Buy, this experience was truly underwhelming and I don’t expect to visit this location ever again.

Being honest, it’s very important on December 26 they told me I will pay $50 to get a membership, but I will get it back in four days. Technically, it’s free still waiting for that money. do not believe any word coming out from their mouth

Clueless and apathetic. BB used to have knowledgable folks, but now they are cluess and couldn't care less about helping you. I'll buy online and enjoy your going-out-of-business sale.

A $350 computer component died one day past the 14 days return/replace deadline for Best Buy. So now I have to go through the manufacturer’s warranty, which is going to take at least 3 weeks according to their support team—I need my computer to work, so I can’t afford to have it out of commission for that long. If you have an important or expensive item, don’t risk Best Buy when amazon and Newegg have more reasonable and customer friendly policies. Definitely not risking this happening again. No fault to the staff at all, just policies!

They put our TV in someone else's truck. There excuse was it was it was a white truck. Our is a Chevy, the truck they put it in was a Toyota. So, they didn't ask the people for an order number or a name? We had to wait for the guy who drove off with it to bring it back. No apologies from Best Buy.

I ordered a Samsung fridge 2 months ago and never got it, multiple cancelled appointments by Best Buy, multiple wasted mornings. No communication, just me having to call customer service reps to try and get information. They use a third party for shipments and logistics but aren’t able to contact them directly. Please avoid at all costs for your own sanity. Horrible horrible horrible

Make sure you record and take pictures of anything you buy from Best Buy SouthPark Meadow in Austin Texas. If they sell you a damaged box that was already opened by their employees you will be charged for the a restocking fee when you try to return it
. Trying to speak to their manager Alex ESTRELLA or Anand if pointless, ESTRELLA is rude, aggressive, and basically tells you in your face that your a liar. I had pictures to show as proof but they did not care. ESTRELLA talks over you and will lie to your face. Unbelievable!

I ordered two new 256GB iPads as Christmas presents. When I picked them up, they both had numbers written on the boxes in messy, black permanent marker. It makes the gifts look cheap or used. Stop doing this please. When someone buys something new, they expect it to be in pristine condition, not to have messily written numbers in permanent marker.
