The manager that reminded me that they're a multi-billion dollar retailer as I'm walking out the door to go buy an identical item from a different retailer sort of lost the plot. I'm not going to comment on his attitude I just hope the employees that work there are aware that dweebs like him cause layoffs and store closures.

I had to take my laptop to Best Buy at Southpark Medow as my personal information were compromised because I opened an infected attachedment without realizing. A fine young gentleman of Geek Squad, named Jermanie Coleman II helped me with my issues. I am so fortunate that I had a chance to meet a gentleman like Jermanie. He was respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. I wish him all the success in life.

We came in here today to buy a tv and soundbar. We knew exactly what we wanted but had a few questions. We waited for almost 20 minutes, standing around and no one spoke to us. At one point in that time, I walked up to an associate asking for assistance with buying a tv and soundbar. She said that she would send someone. From there, we stood around and no one ever came. I watched another girl worker literally make laps around the store, playing on her phone and literally taking selfies. The man at another desk was also on his phone and couldn’t care less that we needed assistance. We walked in ready to spend hundreds of dollars on a simple purchase but ended up leaving to find literally anywhere else to buy from. Terrible customer service. It was not busy and no other worker was even busy with other customers.

Absolute worst experience in my life regarding customer service. I don't know how this store is operating. Everyone is clueless and refuses to help. Worst customer service I have ever seen. This location is in severe need of leadership

Just trying to purchase a cable and no one is available at the check out counters and had to wait at customer service. Shouldn’t be this hard to purchase something like this. Next time I’ll just purchase online and won’t bother coming into the store. Really disappointing.
