Staffs are very friendly to guide you through if any assistance.Have used their laptop service department as well and they gave an correct estimate on how much my repair gonna cost given.If your item has been sold out.out of stock,the service guys shall help in placing online order for same item or would suggest an nearby best buy where the stocks were available.They have opened additional pickup counters for curbside online orders. Over the last few weeks, we have been looking at a few tech items at this Best Buy location. The service we received from Eddie, Tyler, and Rohan have been exceptional! Over the last few weeks these three associates were knowledgeable, friendly and very engaged in helping us with our tech needs.Rohan even helped us out to our car. You don’t see service like this any more. All three of these men deserve a promotion as far as we are concerned!

I had the best time getting a tour of the TV and TV accessories selection at this Best Buy location with Brandon. He was super knowledgeable about the capabilities of each model as well as their pricing and performance. He spent a ton of time walking me through each model’s strengths and weaknesses and even taught me how to navigate the demo functionality offered at this location. I didn’t feel pushed to make a decision right away nor did I feel pushed to opt for the priciest model available. He offered insightful opinions about the options that were of interest to me and I left the store with much more clarity regarding my choice than I came in with.

I bought a new car stereo and speakers in December. I paid for installation and the earliest they could do the install was February 2nd. 2 days before my installation date I received a phone call stating that they only have 1 installer and he has to cancel the appointment and needs to reschedule for March. Don’t buy car stereo equipment from this store unless you want to wait 3 months to have it installed. Absolutely ridiculous.

I visited Best Buy Highway 290 yesterday to shop refrigerators. Sales consultant kevin Garcia was outstanding. Juggling customers, he was patient, and most of all informed about his products, compati g brands and listening to my needs. Thank you Kevin. Way to go bestBuy 290.

Not the best buy I used to know. I was in there for 20min and not approached by one salesman. I went to buy a radar detector and ended up getting it on Amazon.

Rolando is 10/10 when it came to helping me with my problem. I knew nothing about routers and modems and was having trouble with my setting up my WiFi for my new apt. Walmart was no help so I came here and man, was he nothing but kind and informative. He even went out of his way to show me other options of the solutions he gave me didn’t work. Give this man a raise or at least a good star!

We went in today to look for a refrigerator and had such a delightful experience with Chris Linville. He was super knowledgable about the appliances we had questions for and gave us his honest opinion without acting like a sleazy salesperson and would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking to buy new home appliances.

Overpriced electronics store. This place in particular is one of my least favorite Best Buys. Only go when Im in particularly dire straights.Edit: Best Buy has been upping its game in recent years, I would have to say that it's just a regular priced electronics store, sometimes even a discounted price electronics store. I still dont like this particular Best Buy, though. The parking lot is straight out of the torture manual for first year demons. Upped to 2 stars.

Winton looking for a new refrigerator. Walked around for a few minutes looking by ourselves. After about 10 minutes late of looking I went looking for a sales representative. Went to the front desk asked for somebody to come help us with the refrigerator waited another 10 minutes nobody showed up so I left. Bad customer service
