I was shopping for a dishwasher and 36 inch range. The sales agent was pretty rude and I decided to leave. When shopping for a multi-thousand dollar item I expect some better customer service.

I need you to update my laptop so I came in here and these guys were exceptionally helpful. Their prices were competitive and I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me but rather give me exactly what I needed at a reasonable price.
I would say the big plus with Best buy over the other box stores where you can get electronics is just how friendly and helpful the employees are. They're very knowledgeable with electronics and obviously take pride in their work.

Store manager (Brad) personally reached out to me after I had an unpleasant purchase experience which left a bad taste. Thanks to Brad for doing his best to resolve the issue while going above and beyond to retain loyal customers.

Brandon helped us out when we were evaluating a new camera for Photo/Video. He brought helpful and knowledgeable insight when making our decision and ultimately helped us settle on a Sony A7C Mk. II with a 28-75mm lens. Our experience was the best we could have asked for!

Very poor Customer Service. Employees were just walking around cutting up with one another. Totally unprofessional. I watched customers needing help. What poor management!

Gone in multiple times the last couple months to pick up my steel case that’s supposed to come with my FF7 rebirth pre order. Still haven’t received it. Can’t even call the store to ask if it’s there because all calls go to a random call center.

The door greeter was rude and unprofessional April 3rd 2024 and around 12:00 12:30 pm. I asked him where to find a product, All he told me was look down at all aisle down that way and pointing in all directions and I ask him which one which way and he was like I just told you.
Like ok buddy ????
