I am a decades long fan of Best Buy. I've supported Best Buy via countless purchases of computers, TVs, media players, monitors, peripherals, blu-ray players, headphones, toys, cameras, etc. If they sold it, I bought it. I was Best Buy's biggest fan. Until this week. I purchased a Canon lens adapter. Brought it home, tried it it out in the living room. Immediately found the design quality to be defective and went back to the Mueller store to return it. The rather rude and unsympathetic clerk told me there'd be a 20% restocking fee. I explained that I never took the item out of the house, I literally just tried it once. She said (without looking at the box), "you broke the seal." I held up the box to show that there was NO SEAL. And politely explained it was still in factory like new condition. She wouldn't budget and then had the gall to say, "it's only a $20 re-stocking fee." ONLY? How about you pay it then. So, Best Buy stole my money. Yep, same as reaching into my pocket. Congratulations, Best Buy, you won. You got my hard earned cash. But you know what that $20 cost you? A lifetime customer who literally spent TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars at your store. Guess where I'll NEVER shop again for the rest of my life? And Guess which chain store I'll spend the rest of my days lambasting on Yelp, Google reviews, dpreview, quora, trustpilot and every social media platform known to humanity, etc.? By the way, do you know how even the largest companies ultimately go out of business? Answer: by losing one valued customer at a time. Like I said, congratulations, you won. Enjoy your victory.

I had come in to get the battery replaced in my iPhone, but the team ended up messing up my phone, requiring a new unit. A simple 30 min service turned into a multi-day ordeal. The manager, John, was very unprofessional and uncooperative when I demanded a refund for the service. My replacement unit had a green pixel, requiring yet another unit to be ordered. Geek Squad member, Antonio, is the only reason I continued to return to Best Buy. Antonio was very helpful and worked with me to make it right.

Terrible customer service. A warranty service honored by surrounding Best Buy's around the areas where as this one wouldn't. The manager also lacked the interpersonal skills associated with his job.

I think over my lifetime, this floor plan of Best Buy has lasted the longest. Smartphones, tables, home automation and accessories stuff at the front with a bunch of sales associates out on the floor. Computer stuff towards the back, household electronics on one side and audio/visual on the other side. For the most part, I just pick stuff up here and shop on the website. Picking up is easy. It's better now than during Covid as they at least have a person working the pick up desk and it's not combined with the cashier anymore. They've removed a few more outside pick up parking spots and I find just picking things up in store easier unless I'm picking up a tv. Parking isn't really an issue during the week. If you need electronics and don't want to wait for delivery this is really one of the few chains that has survived out of them all and if you don't need delivery, geek squad, or set up - then they are a-ok. As for value, always on the prowl for sales and of course in typical retail fashion certain products will be discounted at key points of the year and before new models become available.

stan was awful at customer service! he laughed in my face when i confronted him as to why he helped other customers before me. disgusting behavior from an employee, i work in customer service and i have never!

Eddie was extremely helpful. I had a return I was having issues with because I didn’t understand my Best Buy membership properly but even though it was right at closing time everyone was very helpful and polite. Eddie resolved the situation and I left happy. Thank you!

Thank you Ricardo!!! I ordered an iPad over Black Friday and had some shipping delivery complications. I tried to resolve the issue over the phone with Best Buy customer service but was unsuccessful. I decided to go into the Mueller store instead. I spoke directly with Ricardo and he was able to resolve all of my issues within a matter of minutes. He was professional, respectful, and genuinely the best person I've ever worked with at Best Buy. Thank you, Ricardo for your help!

Great shopping experience, very friendly staff and appropriate product selection (i.e. Chris very patiently and knowledgeably walked me thru various departments for each of the product I was looking for). I strongly recommend this place.

I’ve had two fantastic experiences with the Geek Squad at this location. Took my Apple Watch in for battery replacement and they were so nice. Then needed MacBook Pro help and got great advice that saved me a lot of money.
