It was an okay experience. Wasn’t greeted at the door but others were that came after me. Wasn’t asked if I needed help but others were asked, so I had to hunt someone down to help find the item I was looking for but they weren’t any help. I also had to hunt someone down again just to open the door to get the item I was looking for. Customer service at checkout wasn’t any help either, was handed my purchase without a bag and had to ask for one and bag it myself. Customer service should be equal for all no matter what.

The staff are very nice and helpful, I was able to find what I was looking for in a reasonable amount of time.

I took my teenager to pick up some adapter cords. We were warmly greeted by a gentleman in the front of the store. He pointed out the area we should head to and sent a representative over to help us. I believe her name was Melanie. My son was very impressed with how knowledgeable she was. We bought a new mouse and the adapters. The prices in Best Buy are a bit outrageous to me. But, the service was excellent, and representatives who know what they're talking about is key.

So today I went into the store right after a 9 hour shift. My furnace went out and had been waiting for it to be fixed by the owner cause I rent. I needed a space heater and I saw it on google that Best Buy had a few. I walk in and start looking for it and can’t find it, so I ask a gentleman he says over there by the wall and I ask if he can show me, he says sure and walks me over and points at them and walks away. I see one but it’s high on the shelf so I ask a lady walking by how much it is and she tells me it’s on the same shelf and points to it and walks away. It’s $80 and so I got for one that’s $50, cause it’s obviously cheaper. As I’m walking to the front I see more space heaters, and I check them out and as I’m doing so, the staff start running up the front door and not making it all discreet that they think I’m gonna steal. One staff stood right by the front door next to me. I just ignore it and ask a staff member if someone can help me with the space heaters to see which one is better cause I saw one for $65 and the guy at the door gives me a dirty look and says I’ll find someone and looks away and I politely say thank you and go back to looking at the space heaters. I see one that is bigger and $15 more so I grab it and get in line to pay. I get to the cashier and try and start small talk and she just keeps ignoring me and telling me how to by pass the prompts. I pay for my space heater and left. I’ve never had this poorly of customer service. I will never return and that’s sad, because as I was also trying to find a laptop for school and told myself I’ll come back tomorrow because I just got a $5,000 check for school and really needed a laptop and it’s close to my house and work. No one was polite and no one wanted to help, they just sat there all at the middle kiosk talking to each other. I’ve worked in retail for places like American Eagle, Macys and Target, and would never treat anyone like that. You should greet, be kind and upsale no matter who your customer is. I wish now, I would’ve went to Home Depot instead. I’m never coming back. That was horrible customer service.

I went to buy a laptop but they didn't have a great selection. Left with nothing. That was disappointing. But I probably shouldn't be impulse buying laptops.

Staff here does not know ANYTHING. Do your research and figure out exactly what you need before coming. They somehow knew less about USB cords than I did, and that’s impressive.

Very Disrespectful employee Stan at this store. No name tag on trying to escalate issues and make a scene. I am pretty sure he is one of the employees selling pokemon cards on the side.
I wound suggest going to one of the other millions of best buy stores in the area. Not that they will have cards... Thanks scalpers and thives. Wonder if Stan not wearing a name tag is one of them.

This is just a warning for people having a delivery scheduled. I ordered a TV and said that I needed it delivered after 1PM. I was told that it would be delivered between 8 and 12. If you use this place, make sure you have the whole day open for delivery because even if you let them know, in my case, they won't deliver when you're available.
Update: Now that I have sent name, address etc. to their facebook account, it has been hours and still no response. Don't waste your time with that either. Make sure you have the whole day open for delivery, or better yet, go somewhere else. Many options to buy TVs online elsewhere. And the delivery "scheduling" is a complete miss for me.
Edit again: I bought this TV as a gift and they don't have a social media account. So if you're, like me, buying something as a gift for someone older and they don't have a social media account, it appears the "customer service" is null and void.

Can never trust this place. Website will say they have an item, you can call and they will confirm they have it, then you go immediately and they don't have it. Waste of time

Bought an Apple product from here just for it to be marked with HUGE sharpie writing on the original packaging. I understand it’s not the workers fault, but this was a pretty expensive gift to someone for the package to have someone’s HUGE hand writing on it. Too late to buy elsewhere. Would not recommend.

The workers stalk you illegally profiling you. I know they have a job but there's no reason for community harassment recruitment in the store. Research community harassment, it's a phenomenon happening in lots of cities until Trump shut down the deep state. Or supposedly. Until then I'm recording your behavior and posting your face on Facebook on the wall of shame
