For years I have been fine with the company, but now a year ago, their staff was charging me 150 to remove or put in a car and they told me that it is the Insurance, but it is not like that, everywhere they do not charge or it can only be 10 or 20 dollars for the paperwork is a theft, what they do is better to communicate directly with the Insurance and not in the office.

Employees have no idea what they’re doing… communication between the company is very poorly. Tell you one thing over the phone and when you show up to the office information given by phone doesn’t match. The office is unorganized, dirty, and in bad condition. Employee was rude & with an attitude.
