I go about ever 3 weeks to the Benefit Brow service to get my brows tinted. I cannot say enough about Joshua… expert professional and does an amazing job every single time… listens carefully and will make sure you like what he is doing. He is also always helpful, smiling and funny. Only one I will ever go to. A+ Haven't been able to get in for awhile because I broke my ankle… cant wait to get back in there… I wouldnt want anyone else doing my brows

Worst experience ever. Joshua did my eye brows and it came out horrible. Some of my brow is completely missing. I cried on the way home. I am beyond upset. I wish ulta could see this review. How crappy can service be. Wasted $37.00. I'll try to contact benefit brow some way and hopefully someone can refund me.

You are supposed to be able to go to any Benefit Brow Bar and receive the same exact service. Don't expect a consultation or styling when you pay for a Brow Wax & Style at this location. They will barely speak to you and wax their own way, not Benefit's way. Go to another location.

Josh at benefit did my eyebrow amazing I have patchy brows because of a scar and he made my brows look perfect no more scar no more patches and no more filling in my brows! I would highly recommend and I am def coming back in 2-3 weeks !Service: Waxing

This Ulta location does not currently have a Benefit Brow Bar. The employee I just spoke with from this store wasn't very professional either. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time by calling here or visiting this Ulta store!

First & last visit to Ulta today. Tried to use 20% off coupon that I got when I attended an event the company President spoke at. Apparently it expired YESTERDAY & so they wouldn't honor it. The eye roll I got along with the explanation was free. Regarding the store itself, I'd say "meh." Only salon stuff & prices the same as salon. If you want this kind of product, just get it at your hairdresser. Me? I'm back to Target & CVS. So long, Ulta Beauty.

It's my birthday and I have started to cry based on the fact that I was so unaccommodated the lines were so long and now I am completely rushed on my own birthday based on the fact that they couldn't help me in the end. this has been the most frustrating experience and I spend a lot of money there a lot as a loyal custOmer. I will be switching brands just so I don't have to come back here
