Trustworthy, and went above and beyond!
Like you, I found Ben White Auto through Google reviews. Jerome and his staff took excellent care of our 2018 Honda Civic, which needed a good amount of work. First, I was a walk-in, but was treated as if I had an appointment. I was also a first time customer. Secondly, Jerome explained everything to me thoroughly and in language I could understand. I asked for two things, but wound up needing four issues addressed. They fixed the air conditioning- hallelujah! Next they did our TX state inspection. FYI- They send photos for everything, and you have the ability to approve any work online- all you have to do is click on the link. So there is total transparency and photos of what needs to be done. That’s where they found the brake fluid needs. And lastly one of the mechanics, I won’t name him for fear everyone will ask for him haha, went above and beyond to repair a light that initially was priced out much higher due to the approach needed to get to the light. He found an alternate solution. My bill was high- but I know it would’ve been much much higher elsewhere. Extremely grateful to Ben White Auto and the whole staff. Your car is in excellent hands at this shop. I recommend them in the highest possible sense!

I had them replace a catalytic converter. They did it within 1 day, gave me a ride home while doing the work. Everyone was helpful, courteous and professional. My car drove so smoothly after the they installed the new converter. I highly recommend them, and I will go back!
I also just had them fix my air conditioner and it’s working perfectly, thank goodness! They also go above and beyond other auto repair businesses by following up with you to make sure you’re satisfied with their work. That level of customer care is rare and greatly appreciated!
