The fine doctors and staff at Bee Cave Veterinary Clinic take great care of my Mavis. She is always happy when they make a fuss over her. I recommend these folks to everybody!

I recently had a slight emergency while watching my friend's dog. He was stung by a very large bumble bee, and I was worried the stinger was still stuck in his ear. He was so sensitive to the touch that I struggled to look for it. I called multiple vets, including my own, but everyone either turned me away due to being too busy or quoted a hefty emergency rate. When I called Bee Cave, they were incredibly sweet and accommodating. They had me come in immediately and treated the little guy with such care and compassion. It's rare to find places that genuinely care, but Bee Cave Veterinary Clinic has earned a new loyal client! Thank you so much for your exceptional service!

I highly recommend Bee Cave Veterinary Clinic. They have been responsible for the health and well being of my family pets (2 cats and a German Shepherd Dog) for many years. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. I've never had an issue getting my pets seen during business hours. The clinic's prices are very reasonable for visits and medications.
Both veterinarians, Dr. Torrez and Dr. Rienap are excellent choices. My four legged family members primarily see Dr. Torrez, who is a natural with animals. I most appreciate how she accommodates their needs (none of them are happy when they visit the clinic). Every sick visit has helped them get back to 100% in the most prudent way.

We've been patients at BC Vet Clinic for about 8 years and love it here! Everyone here is always super kind and helpful and we've always been able to get in same-day when needed. They're also great about sending vaccination reminders and are super responsive via text which is really convenient. Highly recommend Bee Cave Vet Clinic!

My senior kitty cat, Dinky, is a fairly new patient to BCVC. He had a dental cleaning and exam appointment with multiple extractions recently. Everything went smooth. We are so thankful the doctor called attention to his teeth. Dinky has a new smile and energy. Thank you Bee Cave Veterinary Clinic!

Dr Reinap at Bee Cave Vet clinic came to our rescue when my 5 yr old Goldendoodle suddenly went berserk at our house. The dog couldn't walk and was convulsing and we raced him to the clinic I called their emergency line. Dr Reinap and his assistant were waiting for us and sprung into action. His fever was very high, around 107. Dr Reinap had him in cold water to take down his fever. He called the nearby West Austin Vet hospital and raced him over there. The combination of Dr Reinap quick actions and the West Austin vet hospital saved our dog! Thank you Dr Reinap!

I’ll try to keep this review as short as possible… I’ve given this clinic chance after chance and have ultimately been let down.Red flag number 1.My dog (55lbs vizsla mix) got a sore on her tail that kept reopening and the male doctor suggested that I amputate her tail. I left in tears for my poor baby. I brought her back in at the one week follow up to the female doctor rolled her eyes (at the other doctors advise) and say no we do not need to amputate, we can just bandage the wound better. It healed completely ?Red flag number 2.My other dog (10lbs yorkie) has always been on combogard with zero issues and all of the sudden the doctor doesn’t advise it anymore and switched my dog to simparica trio. My dog had an adverse reaction that almost killed him and still has neurological issues to this day from the seizures he endured.3rd and final red flag.My dog got bit at daycare and I have been traveling with no way to bring her in. I sent over some pics of the wound asking for some guidance and advice. The only response I received was to bring her in even though I informed them that was not possible. This wasn’t a matter of me nor wanting to pay for a visit. I simply could not bring her in! I had a very condescending manager call me in regards to “a bump on my dogs noggin” when in fact the issue was a bite mark…. Cassie is so far out of touch with reality and how to talk to people. When Cassie didn’t get far with me they finally got the doctor on the phone (the one who tried to amputate my dogs tail without cause) and he attempted to reprimand me instead of giving me medical advice.I can’t believe this place hasn’t been shut down for malpractice. I am making sure that everyone knows the truth.Note** The girls at the front desk have ALWAYS been very sweet, helpful and kind. I would love to see y’all working for a better company. You deserve it!

Wow! Staff worked with me and helped me get mean ol Nero (neighborhood bully cat) neutered and cleaned up, fixed his wounds, vaccinations, parasite treatment and examination. Poor cat never been to a vet or even touched by a person. He did great. Our Dr. Was so pleasant and informative. This whole ordeal, trapping etc, was intense. The staff and Dr. let me bring him in without appointment and they had everything ready for us when we arrived. What a HUGE relief! I thought the costs were very reasonable too. We had a very good experience there, although I may never see Nero again. He split shortly after arriving home. He'll be fine now. Thanks yall!1

Would not recommend for Euthanasia !We had to put down our 18 year old sheltie almost three weeks ago!The technician had trouble getting the IV in his leg , he was very nervous! She said would give him a shot to calm him down. Instead it completely knocked him out. No chance to say goodbye or love on him. Heartbroken! The vet had a sweet bedside manner, but when administering the med to knock him out, it leaked down his paw. My husband pointed this out. .So she held it in place. She had two vials, one to prevent a seizure and the other to stop the heart! She mixed them up giving the heart stop first then the anti seizure! All these added to a very stressful situation. Thank God he didn't hv seizure !The final straw was when I went back to get his ashes, We were supposed to get his paw print! It wasn't there! I called and girl looked for it, after a few minutes she found it, I went back in to get it. It has four cracks in it. Was told I hv to bake it at home, they can't do it there! This is all very emotional, We have paw prints of our other beloved fur babies to display ❤️This one looks pretty bad as a remembrance! I just want others to be aware! This clinic had good reviews, that's why we went there. I will not go back!love on him and say goodbye! The vet, dont remember her name, camee back to give him an anti seizure medication instbefore down, instead it com

We Took our cat here for an emergency visit when she was just a kitten. It was our first time coming to this vet. She had had a seizure and we came in and after looking at her for 2 seconds they put her back in the cage and told us we had two options, do an MRI which was incredibly expensive or have her put down to test for rabies. Never in my life have I had an experience like this at a vet. It was incredibly unhelpful and frustrating. We understand being concerned for rabies, but the cat clearly had no actual signs of rabies besides her panicking from stress. We ended up taking her to our family trusted vet who gave us a proper diagnosis and 8 months later our cat is a year old and healthy as can be. I never post these but I felt this experience needed to be shared as no one should have to be put in that position at a vet.
