I went to this store on crutches. No one offer to open the door for me as left. The owner saw me struggling and didn't offer any help. I have been to this store through out years because I live in the area. I've never exprienced such bad customer service. They missed the mark this time. I will rethink my decision to purchase from this store again. Common courtesy to a customer goes a long way. Very disappointed.

This is my go to spot when I need hair supplies. They always have what I need. The space is a little tight but there's lots of stuff. I also go there for hoop earrings being that they don't fade fast. I assume the couple are husband and wife, they are nice and helpful. I live kinda far from the business but I make the trip because I know the products I use will be there.
