At the start, it was difficult to say goodbye to BBVA Compass Bank and hello to PNC. Customers found the change a little uncomfortable because of not knowing PNC. PNC staff was anxious when trying to get off on a good start with unknown clients.Now after some time has passed and allowed everyone to get a little more comfortable, the visits and personalization have made it better.

PNC is a terrible bank. They put a check into another account, yes my fault forgetting to put account number on it, but my name was on the check and when I called I have to go into the bank to fix it. I am going to be taking my money out of PNC and put it another bank. Ever since they switched from BBVA, the bank has gone down hill. I have been a customer of BBVA for 21 years and 1 year of PNC, Getting rid of PNC

Following their transfer of ownership from BBVA compass, they siphoned all the money in my existing account to pay for their new fees. They left me with a zero balance and bid me farewell saying, "sorry we took all your money!"

This branch is the worst. I understand being short staffed but the customer service is awful. Making a quick deposit turns into this long wait. Do not come on a lunch break.

PNC has completely failed at taking over BBVA. They locked me out of my account and the only way to re-gain access is to call them. I've been on hold for over 2 hours! I am going to pull my money out immediately.

I wouldn't recommend this bank or branch to anyone. Customer service is not good, you're just another number. Also BBVA itself is one of the worst banks I've ever banked with. I am not exaggerating when I say that there system is so out of date. 3 different departments couldn't order a debit card. I talked to 2 "specialist" who said no problem we can do this then had to transfer me to a different department. I never did receive my card and after 2 more attempts I just went with a different bank.

I've been dealing with this branch for 9 years and the employees come and go but still they are friendly and courtesy and the employees show make you feel at home. When I walk in I'm called by name and they always ask about my health. Great team and excellent staff.

Just opened a home equity loan and new checking account with BBVA on recommendation of my mortgage guy. Given the instability in financial markets and processes due to COVID, Forrest and AndrewD went above and beyond to get my deal done. Constant communication and very accommodating to create a win-win.Seems like negative comments here are all about corporate policy (yes, banks charge check cashing fees) and not the location.As a long time Bank of America customer for personal banking I'd say their tech (website, app) is very good...and will consider moving more of my business to BBVA after my experience here.Appreciations!

The 1 star rating of this branch makes no sense to me. I think they are mostly about BBVA banking products they don't like, not at all about the awesome customer service you get at this branch! I have business accounts at Compass and Capital One and a personal account at Wells Fargo (because I like making life complicated), and I get the best customer service at this branch. Amanda, the manager, is one of the nicest and most efficient people I've met at any bank. I've done her job, and I have a ton of respect for how she does it. She treats her staff and customers with kindness and respect. I could go on about the customer service at this branch, but the 5 stars tell it all. Only drawback is their small safe, but if you let Amanda know what you need, she will make sure they have the cash on hand.
