white lady with brown hair that was a teller had a lot of attitude when asked for help. Tried to ask for addresses to the nearest bank that would be able to provide a temporary debit card and she just gave me attitude. Another lady offered assistance and address for corresponding banks

The ATM outside is so dim you can't use it in the daytime. The branch is short-staffed so expect lengthy delays if you go inside or through the drive-thru. Once you do get to a teller, s/he is friendly and efficient.

Their products are pretty solid, but their customer service is pretty terrible. The branches can't do anything without you filling out forms (yes like it's 1992) and sending it to their HQ in Alabama. You then have to come back to the branch after a week or so. Their systems are antiquated and don't talk to each other. They literally yelled at me about not keeping my address current...turns out their mortgage systems don't update addresses when you send your change of address form. Not sure why that's my fault. Their mobile banking product is good, but their interface to Quicken is not good. Sarah, the manager, has zero authority but it doesn't really matter. They replace branch managers about every year or so anyway.

I understand I showed up just before closing, but had enough time to get to door, which was unlocked by the way. Got stopped as I'm walking in, they just locked everything up. Now that means they started "locking up" a good while before in order for them to have locked up. Looked at my phone and it's a good 4 minutes before closing time. Does that mean they closed at 4:45pm instead? Be conscious that people get off work and rush to you. You should close at 5pm. This is why my business accounts are with Wells Fargo. I've shown up once or twice just before closing times, and they have no problem.

Get more than one teller working, it's Friday for crying out loud! Also, your drive through lanes are too cramped

I worked with this bank for much of the year as our school PTO Treasurer. They have been always patient, kind, and professional. I often come in with time intensive deposits and they are always helpful and willing to take the time to make sure each count is accurate. Thank you!

I have not had a better experience at a bank, ever, period. Thanks Sarah and the other teller and manager (whose names I apologize for forgetting). I'll go out of my way to come to this branch over ones closer to me. Thanks for making things so easy for me!

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with a lot of them. They are basically shameless in their nasty tactics and fine prints to steal your money. Don't ever open up a CD here, they will keep your money hostage and want to charge you exuberant fees when you have an emergency and need to withdraw money from your CD. I am surprised they are still in business with all the negative comments I have seen about them. They certainly lost me as a customer.
