Don't even bother with this bank, they don't hold enough funds to cash checks, now me and my guys are in Austin for 7 days until check clears. Thanks PnC for costing all of us late fees and getting stuck in this town for 7 days. This is not a bank for the blue collar working man for sure. Oh and they won't help me out write cashiers check so I can deposit it in my bank 3 blocks away.Revised: now they won't cash it for the owner of account either, this is an absolutely absurd experience.And now we're starting to think it's the actual teller

This bank was so much better when it was BBVA Compass. PNC is now slow. This branch used to have three people that could notarize documents now they have one and she does not pay attention to other customers needing help she's in her office talking about the Russian government with her current client even though other clients are waiting the service just is not as good as it used to be currently looking for a new business bank and personal bank people have busy schedules, I need a quick service that will take five minutes not a long winded conversation about the Russian government that I can hear in the background so I know they're not actually working on anything. Employees should be trained on how to politely exit. Non-work conversations quickly after having a brief chat with a customer especially when they can see out their office window that other people are waiting for services. #EmployeesNeedRetraining.UPDATE / tell her at the 45th St. N LAMAR location SENT ME TO ANOTHER PNC LOCATION TO GET A NOTARIZATION AND WHEN I ARRIVED, THEY DID NOT HAVE A NOTARY. PNC IS LITERALLY BECOME THE SLOWEST WORST BANK EVER. I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNTS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE

Terrible. They have lied to me for the last two weeks saying they are processing my request. I've spent hours on the phone, they are holding up my business by failing to close an account that has never been used. Should be ashamed.

I’m unsure where these one star reviews are coming from because I recently opened a checking and savings with PNC and my experience has been great since day 1 of opening the accounts. My drive thru visits are always smooth and done in a timely manner and also my experiences inside of the branches has also been good and I’ve visited multiple branches around Austin. I would recommend anyone looking for a new bank to try out PNC, they definitely won’t disappoint.

I've been a BBVA account holder for years, and this branch is one of the main reasons why. The staff is personable and friendly - I feel like I'm heard when I go through the drive-thru and one of my regular tellers is there to greet my with a (behind-the-mask) smile. If they'd add an Amazon Pick-up Locker, I'd throw in a 6th star.

I was there earlier today and I was helped by Karina. very professional and respectful. I just wanted to say thank you to her and everyone that works there. Hard times to work in place where you have to literary do continuous transactions hand over and receive cash from people. glad that they've implemented a good and safe process to protect themselves and their customers. again it was very quick, professional and great service overall. thank you everyone. next time I'll bring coffee to everyone there.

I recently bought a new truck from Larry Miller Peoria,AZ. This has been a comedy of errors from the start. 45 day temp tag... I am not an AZ resident. I have been trying to get the title mailed from BBVA to the DMV. Was told it was mailed 5/29. As of 6/11 DMV does not have the tittle and I have expired tags...Thanks BBVA. BBVA has been unable to get a coupon book to me since I bought the truck 5/23... tried to pay via phone with credit card...nope they will not accept. Rep on phone was laughing as he transferred me to a super! (that could not resolve the issue) Setup payment via our bank to BBVA...my bank says check went out... BVA collections called me today to say I am behind....still no coupon book... Run far away from this bank...

Hope your card never gets eaten by their ATM machine because you will get little to no assistance from the tellers and you won’t get your card back. Very frustrating.

Yesterday, on December 10th, I arrived at this bank to cash a check. I am an account holder. I was a few minutes early, so I parked in the parking lot an used my phone to make a couple of calls since Austin has that stupid rule about phone use. Right at 9 an employee, a male, told me to leave the parking lot while they opened. I actually got in my car and drove around the block. I also had to stop what I was doing on my phone to do this. I told the guy I was an account holder, but he was rude and sorry anyway.
