I was excited to get my new grill installed from my purchase at BBQ Outfitters. When the installers were finished, it didn't fit right. Wrong size grill for the space I have. To be honest, I was not happy. However, Justin stepped in, made me a priority and fixed the problem within a couple of hours. Thanks Justin for turning my frown upside down. Amazing job putting the customer first!

I pretty much knew what I wanted when I walked in the door, but Justin gave me some new insights and took his time showing me some alternatives before I made up my mind. He came to my house and took extensive measurements and pictures to insure that my custom installation in an existing outdoor kitchen went well (which it did). The only disappointment in the whole process was how long it took to get the equipment but that was a manufacturer issue, not BBQ Outfitters. Justin kept me informed throughout the process and the installers were friendly and experienced. I recommend BBQ Outfitters for all your outdoor cooking needs!

From the moment Justin greeted me at the door i knew i was in the right place. He was very attentive to my needs and was able to answer all of my questions. I recently completed My outdoor Kitchen project and purchased the Renaissance grill system set and the Big Green Egg from BBQ Outfitters. I really want to talk about my experience working with Justin. To be honest, I had no idea what I wanted, and was a little overwhelmed on how I was going to design everything. Justin not only held my hand through the entire process, based on my needs and feedback he helped me choose the right grill system for me, assisted in designing the layout, provided measurements I could give to my contractor, etc. etc. the list goes on. I probably came in about a half a dozen times, was indecisive, and called him with tons of questions. Every time he was so patient with me, communicative, promptly responded to my calls and text messages even on his day off… He really went above and beyond to make sure I received Five Star service and to be honest made everything so easy for me. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate working with Justin, and Bbq Outfitters. Thank you so much for an amazing buying experience, I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Other stores and Google searches left us really puzzled about which built-in grill was best for what we wanted. We walked in and were immediately greeted and offered an immense amount of knowledge about the grill we wanted, as well as some other options. We ended up with a highly recommended grill that we hadn't really learned about at other store. Other stores had convinced us that some of the options we desired weren't available, but Derek Ayers at BBQ outfitters helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The best part-- the bid came in under what we had been quoted at other stores. Follow up from Derek has been prompt and we are super excited to receive our products. If you love grilling, this is where to go to learn about your best options for outdoor cooking. Extremely knowledgable and helpful staff. They also had a great selection of products and accessories for browsing.

The team at BBQ Outfitters offered great support and service during our recent purchase of a Napoleon grill. Buddy, at the store, gave us all the information we needed to make a good purchase. The delivery team of Nol and Joe came right at the beginning of the delivery window and installed and demonstrated the features of the grill, making the transition from our old grill seamless. We'll definitely be going back to BBQ Outfitters for our future outdoor cooking needs!
