There was this person named Anthony who helped me. I wasn't able to go to the store and I asked my mom if she could help me. I spoke to Anthony and let her know that she was on the way. My phone just needed the screen to be reattached. Anthony was extremely nice to my mother and helped me without charge. He really saved me from the fire because later on that day I had an interview and the address and zoom hyperlink were in my text messages. The only way I would be able to retrieve that information is to fix my phone. He really helped me out when I needed it. Anthony thank you I really do appreciate you being nice to my mom and helping me.

Great place for your batteries of almost any kind. They also have employees that can test and remove and install batteries in your car and wrist watch as well as other items.

Went in the store for 4 min., parked in the lot designated for the shop. Came out and there was a boot on my car, had to pay $100 to get it removed. Store staff and parking attendant said there was nothing they could do. See the other low reviews here, the $100 tix are a common occurrence

My iPhone battery died the night before I had to fly to Minnesota. I took my phone to the South Lamar location and in 45 minutes my phone was working with a new battery. I’m so grateful for the prompt and helpful service I received at Batteries +. Thank you!

This store is great. I ordered two pricey batteries for a kids electric truck online and forgot to apply a discount code. I placed a second order with the code. Figured I’d cancel the first order when I picked up the batteries. The staff beat me to it. Realized what had happened and proactively canceled the more expensive order. Once I was in the store they made recommendations on how to get the most out of the batteries. Really appreciate all their help. Oh and they took all my old batteries that I had been collecting to recycle.
