We were having an issue with loose trim work allowing water to pool under it. Our main concern was with the possibility of water also getting into and behind one of the faux tile panels. Fortunately, this did not appear to be the case. In the end, Brandon from Bath Fitter did a great trim repair job, etc. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Thanks Brandon! Much appreciated.
On a side note, we were taken back a bit with Bath Fitter in general as it took about 3 months before they were able to get someone out to complete the repair. Very surprised by this as we are not new to Bath Fitter (as this was 1 of 3 installs we have had done by them over the years) and we had not experienced this type of service delay before. Still a big fan of the product.

Brandon was amazing. After being rescheduled, the morning of, Brenda at the call center said they didn’t have the correct door and would have to come out on another day to reinstall the correct door. She also said that our bath wall was scratched and would give us a free upgrade, which only consisted of a completely different looking tile. Brandon searched everywhere & found the correct door. Marty, from the Home Show, did not measure our home bath correctly, and was 2” off. There was no such shower base anywhere in Austin. Brandon found one that would be a center drain instead, and we agreed to it. He was amazing. But we would never ever recommend Bath Fitter as a company.

Update - my previous 5 star review was a bit premature. The installer was great and the shower looks great so far. But it takes 2 months to get glass installed... not cool. I was not really in a hurry and thankfully I have another bathroom, so it is not the end of the world. But disappointing.
Another update: I scheduled the glass installation over a month ago, which they have just rescheduled twice. Now I am not available on the next date offered (doubtful they would show up anyway). So.... now I have to wait for another month. So much for 1-day bath remodels!!! I guess we'll see if they ever show up and if I will ever be able to use the shower... Shower installed on April 1st.

Brandon is a true professional. He clearly
knows the specific requirements needed for each bath/shower installation and is happy to educate/inform his customers about same. In addition, Brandon knows the importance of customer service and is happy to have any issue resolved. Bath Fitters is very fortunate to have him represent the company and it's products.

We had an excellent experience with Bath Fitter. Brandon worked tirelessly all day and completely upgraded our bath/shower combo in just 8 hours. The result is gorgeous and we appreciated how friendly and efficient he is!
