This is my second time here; the first time was normal; nothing stellar but nothing awful. This time however, I pulled up to the dropoff area and after discussing different options with the guy who checks you in, decided on an express detail since he said it would only be 45mins-1 hour. The price at the register ended up being $196 incl. tax/tip which seemed steep for my small car but figured that must mean they’d do a really really good job. However, while waiting inside, I saw my car parked off to the side while other cars who arrived after me got serviced first and drove off. After 45 mins of my car sitting to the side with zero activity, I went to the front desk asking if maybe they’d forgotten about my car? The guy then quoted me 2.5 hours for my detail so I asked if they could do just a super basic interior vacuum and wipe down instead of the detail and refund me the difference. The front desk guy had a really hard time chasing down his manager and then asked ME to go outside and find his manager (?? no idea who his manager is). Finally he found his manager who said they’d bring my car around in 5-10minutes, and he’d just refund me the whole thing because at that point it had been 2+ hours. 30+ minutes later, my car was ready. tl;dr don’t come here, I don’t think they know how to run a car wash.

Today July 28/2024! I took my car to be washed, and my experience was not the greatest; I understand it was raining, but they didn’t washed my car they only lightly vacuumed! The person who seemed to be in charge, instead of be checking on the employees, he was there hugging and kissing a girl! Hopefully I don’t have the need to bring my car there again!

Scammy pricing. Signs say a price but they add more on top. They don’t explain why - just that “the fine print says they can.” Not cool or transparent. Good job on the wash though.

damaged the paint on my car and left dirt on the dashboard obviously did not even try and clean it... just swiped it with some armor all and whatever did not come off with first wipe was left there...

I honestly can never tell if I'm getting a great deal or if I'm getting ripped off. You basically get an on-the-spot quote when you pull up based on their assessment of your dirty car. They might be trying to taylor the service to the customer's needs, but it comes across as a little scammy when they tell you that you can't have what you wanted on the menu, you have to have something more expensive. Usually they wash it great, sometimes it's not so good. I keep going back, so I guess it's good enough for me.

This place has been in Austin for as long as I can remember. They always do an amazing job on my cars. They’re extremely friendly and live a good laugh. But most importantly they take care of their customers cars. I can bring my truck in looking like it’s been thousands of miles in dirt and mud and insects and it always comes back looking like it just came from the showroom. Not to mention they don’t roll through employees. So they all know the returning customers within just a couple of visits. Couldn’t be happier with the work they do.

$50.00 for an average car wash. Didn't clean out the back of my SUV. I don't mind paying a premium for great service, but this place delivers sub-par service at best.

This place is incredibly hit-or-miss. I just paid $50 for a wash where they sprayed me with water as I was getting out of the car, didn't wipe down the inside of the trunk deck so the back end of the wash was ruined by the time I get home, and part of the vehicle logo is snapped off with threads from the yellow wash rag still stuck in it where it got snagged.
I've had a couple of ok experiences here too - but it's not all that much better than an automated wash even on a good day? And it's 4x the price? And if you get them on a dngaf day you get chased with a hose and your car gets damaged?

Shady place, paid $60 for an “executive” wash today that’s advertised as “$45 & up” for my SUV. They then say they are only accepting Venmo or cash “but you can pay with card if you want”. I get in my vehicle and there’s obvious crumbs and trash from before that was never vacuumed. Terrible service, not worth the price! Save your money and go elsewhere.
Try Finish Line car wash in Westlake. they do business right and take payment the proper way. this place must be evading taxes.

They wash cars very badly. I ended up washing my own car, they don't take care of things and end up damaging them. Many details. Terrible this place, don't EVER go.

Great value, $40 for a small suv wash and they were detailed and friendly
