Shop is well maintained and organized. The staff were cordial, knowledgable and helpful. Has a excellent Starbucks inside the shop. Plenty of free parking, has marble slab creamery near by. The shop has so many books, puzzles, games, social stationery, movie dvds, plus an children’s play area.

Ordered Book and sales assistant transferred it from another store. Came to the store most convenient to me and picking it up today. Very accommodating.

I recently signed up for the Barnes & Noble membership, excited to purchase trading cards. However, I'm disappointed by this store policy limiting me to buying only one trading card per day. Each card is valued under $5, so now im forced to buy other things I DO NOT want in order to meet the $10 threshold to get the stamp.
The store manager should understand that I signed up for the membership primarily for buying trading cards, not everyone comes here for books. Being limited to one purchase per day not only inconveniences me but also feels unfair. Please do better. Allow us to buy 3, so we can get our stamp! If we buy 2, then at least override it since we’re close to $10.

Staff are always really helpful! Store and Cafe are always clean. Even in the kids section things are usually organized, which is great since I come with my toddler most of the time.

Still very over priced for books. I went in looking for a book on bald eagles so my son could do a book report and we hand no luck finding anything on the eagle. This was very disappointing, they still do have a very wide selection of other items and the store is very clean.

I always enjoy my time at Barnes & Noble. This last visit was with my granddaughter, she love to read. But one of the books she wanted was not in stock. The salesperson quickly called another Barnes &Noble for us. Success, my husband picked it up for her. It’s a very relaxing atmosphere.

An interesting experience. Took my kids here a few weeks ago and the book store part was fantastic!The displays were awesome. I especially liked the giant book things. The kids area is unbelievable! I can't wait to go back and visit that area again.But...The "Starbucks" is not a Starbucks. You can't order in the app or pay with the app because it's not technically a Starbucks. It's a coffee bar that sells a few Starbucks items. Just he prepared it's not your typical experience.
