Very convenient location for NW Hills/Westover/Chimney Corners residents--it's right in the middle of Spicewood Springs. Ultra-friendly staff, interest-bearing checking accounts, clean app/website, fun contests (deposit $250 in savings to get 10 chances at a $1K prize each month). If the branch were open on Saturday, they'd be perfect. But their ATM has some very cool features (put in a stack of bills all at once, it counts them for you).Fed up with big-bank shenanigans? You should definitely check these guys out.

This is the WORST experience I have had with any bank. First of all, don't come close to this bank. Second, if you do walk in, don't expect any form of decent friendly customer service from any of the employees. None of them are helpful, they don't follow through, and if you call the 1800 number, those employees, for the most part, are just as bad. I opened an account two weeks ago. Neal put my social security number in wrong, so when I was trying to online bank it was a mess. I cancelled my account today because I wasn't allowed to online bank with a new business account for 90 days and the customer service was so bad I would rather just start over and set up an account somewhere else, even if I had to pay for a new account.
