BEWARE of this branch location!! One of their tellers went into my account and took my personal information down without my consent or permission and contacted me!!! NOT GOOD!! As a contractor I work all over Austin just so happens we were doing a house off of slaughter so this location was the closest to the job site. I went to the bank like I do every Friday to get payroll for my guys. Everything seemed normal, left the bank carried on, The following Monday I received a text message asking if I would like SEXUAL FAVORS done to me!!! I did not know the number and the person who messaged me. Over the course of the next 2 week they would constantly text and call me asking when I was going to let them do sexual favors to me. I called the police and even contacted my bank manager where I normally bank at. They said they would look into it and I've never heard back from anybody about it sense. The person finally revealed themselves and it was the MALE TELLER who worked that Friday at this location..This is not okay!! Your personal information is not safe with this bank.. I would've given zero stars but unfortunately you can't

I went in to ask about my finances and was told by the only cashier someone would help me in a couple minutes. Not a problem until all the advisors started packing their things up. notably seeing me waiting and started talking about going to Wendy’s for lunch. Blatantly ignoring the fact that I was the only ONE waiting. Anyway, they all left together for lunch and when I asked the cashier when they’d be back he said “I don’t know, in an hour?”. I left and went to another BOA and received great service.

I made an appointment online to talk to a loan rep at 5800 Slaughter Ln branch. My appointment was confirmed & when I got to the bank, I find a sign that says temporarily closed! I never received a notification that the bank was closed or that my appointment was canceled! Very disappointing & unproffesional!

Jose was very friendly and helpful but the other worker who was brought in to help assist was very rude and uneducated. He tried to tell me that I had not been paying off any of my credit card bills and had been racking up fees, when in fact I had been paying them in full and on time but my account statements had not been updated to reflect real time accuracy. I suggest you call customer service instead of going in person to this location. He was very unhelpful and uneducated in his profession. I suggest he go through some more training.

ATM ate a very large deposit after hours. Was on hold for literally hours to address the issue.Edit *added in response the owner* : I was on the phone for hours before my call was disconnected. Then, my husband drove back to the bank the following morning. Your in-store associates literally told him there was absolutely nothing they could do about it. They suggested he would have to call the main hotline. At which point, it took another hour of waiting.

I went to the ATM to withdraw some cash but it only have $20 dollars bills so I went inside. The teller was chatting with a friend for a long time. Her friend turned around, looked at me and saw a line waiting but turned back and keep talking. They were chatting. They were not doing banking transaction. I was running late to meet someone at home so I left. This is not professional. No more driving through window and only 2 tellers available and she was busy chatting while 2 persons were waiting in line. I went to my car and drove off then now her friend just left.

Once I wanted to open a business account here. (In hindsight it is good what happened). The rep argued with me about my physical address being real or not. Yes, it’s a real address.

Trying to reach someone at this location. No one will answer and the voice prompt will not let you leave a message. System hangs up on you. Horrible customer service!

Terrible customer service. After banking with BoA for 30 years we closed all 7 accounts including business, personal, and credit cards. While traveling overseas and without our knowledge BoA froze ALL of our accounts. Checks were returned, payroll tax to the IRS was returned, auto pays refused. This was done because they had requested by mail updated drivers license for my husband which we never received. No email correspondence or notification they were freezing accounts. When we went into the bank we were not even allowed to close our accounts that day and get our funds as it would be the following day before the freeze was removed. Huge mess and they did not give one flip! Uncaring, indifferent and unsympathetic.
