No more customer service. They got rid of last human operated open window and now only way to perform transactions is by ATM or getting an appointment. Rude manager whose facial expression shows that he has attitude, doesnt want to help and acts like he is my boss.

How come this location is open only 30 hours a week while Chase has their banks open 46 hours a week?
