Really good service from Kalyen Gambrel really nice excellent she helped me so much so attentive nice and helped me with every single thing I am so so happy with the treatment I got from her she was super super helpful and sweet really recommend going to this bank was my first time here and really liked it 10000/100 really recomend this place :)

2.5 is way too high!I've waited a month( with 5 calls , two visits and 3 emails) to get a response to a basic question from a mgr. NOTHING!

I have very bad experience with this bank.They didn’t even allowed to took my belongings from safety deposit box.Very unethical & unprofessional behavior.How can you hire such kind of people to work in very well established organization like Bank of America.You need to train your employees to have work ethics first.

This location is extremely understaffed. They have refused to fully staff their team for years. The blonde woman that is the only teller is doing her absolute best to deal with tons of angry people waiting for over an hour for simple help. Not all things can be done online. Banks need to be fully staffed. The other staff simply walks around pretending not to see the line of people waiting. They don't help, they don't ask questions and at the very least they are not friendly. I see they are shutting the location down in August. That is still 8 months of running a business and dealing with peoples money. Do not come to this location.

Let me just say the worst customer service EVER. I mean we walked in and no one asks us if we need help, the lady is inside counting money and she never acknowledged anyone who is standing in line. This is not how you do business.

Only one teller working. Long line and wait times. Lobby was very hot and uncomfortable. I waited about 20 minutes for them to tell me that they don’t have anyone there who is trained to exchange currency and I would have to go to a different location.Cue the copy and paste response from the bank saying “we are disappointed to hear…” in 3, 2, 1…

I use this location for the drive thru ATM service but the wireless tap feature is consistently broken on both machines and requires me to go to the ATM further south. I hate to leave a poor review but can someone at this bank call in these issues for repair or let me know they are working on this? I’ll be happy to update this review saying the Bank addresses this but it’s an ongoing issue.

1 teller and a line of 8 people waiting to see one person. For a big bank- you can hire more people so customers aren’t waiting 1 hour for a cashiers check. Will be moving to a local bank that respects its customers time and money.

This location is convenient off Mopac yet depending on the time, you may have to wait as they only have one teller & customer service rep (who doesn't dispense/receive cash). Taylor, the teller, is very pleasant and helpful. Taking one star off because Bank of America has closed their Drive-Thrus.
