I rarely leave reviews for banks, but the service at this branch has been incredibly frustrating. A couple of months ago, I was told by a teller that deposit slips were no longer required. However, today when I attempted to make a deposit, I was informed that a deposit slip was necessary. When I explained that I was previously told it wasn't required, the teller insisted they always need one.
I mentioned that I wasn't trying to argue, just stating what I was told on my last visit. Later, my teller mentioned that the system had reverted to requiring deposit slips. This would have been understandable, but another teller who was standing nearby continued to insist they always needed a deposit slip.
When I brought this up with the original teller, she confirmed that the policy had indeed changed back. However, the other teller then changed her story and claimed the same. This lack of communication and accountability is not acceptable. If the policy changes, customers should be notified clearly instead of being blamed.
I was just trying to make a deposit, not feel like a suspect being interrogated. The service here needs significant improvement.

I see that there are a lot of comments on the one teller scenario. So, why don't you do something about it? Apparently you don't care! You have one teller, and three or four customer representatives walking around? Piss poor customer service. You should be ashamed that this continue. Do what's right rather than the bottom line dollar.

This place is the most ridiculous excuse for a bank I have ever seen they have 4 lane drive through with no one working it since 2020. There is only 1 teller on duty at all times and no one else comes out till they are 10 people deep. I once watched a guy count out $50 in 1's about 25 different times at the teller window. And no one else came out. Expect 20-45 minutes every single time.

If I could give a zero, I would. There’s typically one teller, regardless of how many people are in line. The bank manager apparently thinks that’s acceptable. I’ve seen some of the responses from the manager saying they’re sorry for the experience, but obviously not sorry enough to make any changes. Very sad

If I could give it zero I would! Every time I come it is longer than 30 minutes and that's being nice on the time. It's ridiculous that all the surrounding banks are closed on Saturdays and this one is left with one or two people helping. Get more people! Open more locations. Obviously people work during business hours of the week and the line out the door all day should tell you this. Pay your employees more to be here on weekends-you clearly have the clientele for it.

Ms.Cáceres was very sweet to me, it was my first time their and they made me feel like I wasn’t being judged everyone is so respectful and sweet. The one who helped me explained to everything to me step my step☺️ she did an amazing job I recommend going to her if you need anything!.
