Great staff! Came to deposit on Tuesday 4/23 and they were closed. The signage on the doors and windows didn't say why they were closed. That would have made me understand what was going on.

We have used BancorpSouth for our business banking since 2014. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. Each individual I have encountered over the years has been professional, friendly and helpful. Recently I applied for a home equity loan after having a frustrating experience with another lender. The process was fast and easy with impeccable communication throughout the process. The staff here have perfect customer service!!

Every account we have with this bank has been hacked. Customer service is horrible. No fraud protection whatsoever.

DO NOT BANK HERE. Their fraud protection plan and customer service is horrendous. If you are hacked, they will do nothing for you. We had to call twice to cancel the card. The first call they said they cancelled it, but it was still activated. Then to my surprise, money way still being taken out. This leads HIGH SUSPICION people who are working at this bank are removing money from personal accounts. Avoid everyone.
