This location cancelled my entire order for one item (thermostat) being unavailable. Customer Service will simply send a $5 “Thank You” card for the inconvenience. They explained that individual items can and should be removed from an order instead of cancelling the entire order. Well when I spoke to Store Manager, Daniel, he let me know that they are unable to update individual parts of their online orders. Smoke and mirrors, this company.

I’m here at auto zone 1621 and they are not open yet. The sign says Sunday 8 am- 9 pmThey are not here I guess they make their own schedule now.If they made changes then they should put it up for people to know.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing the staff at this AutoZone is. While driving my son to school, I got a flat tire. Fortunately, it was as I was about to pass by this particular AutoZone. I pulled into the parking lot, and I proceeded to be greeted by Alex Benitez, one of the store managers. He explained, very kindly, that they do not sell tires. But nonetheless, he came outside to look at my car. He then took the extra step to YouTube and Google how to retrieve my spare tire as it was located underneath the rear of the car.He then went the extra, extra mile and changed the tire for me. Without ever being asked. He took it upon himself to not only change it, but to also explain to me how to change a tire…which I had never done before. He asked for nothing in return, and simply wished me a Merry Christmas. This man deserves a raise to say the least and a promotion. He made my day brighter and saved me from having to pay for a mobile mechanics or a tow. Shout out to Alex Benitez at Store #4247 located at 1621 East Parmer.

I came to buy a battery the guy was staring at me like he was about to punch me with the attitude they have with customers I'll not come in Autozone even if they sell half-price O'Reilly Auto next to you. I spent $300 not Satisfied. Good customer service good business

They were very helpful and responsible in handling my vehicle, when they changed out the battery. Only bad thing to say is paying for a brand new car battery. Thanks to Ricardo for helping.
