My battery died in 100 degrees Texas heat? when I tell you By the time I got told to autozone I was mentally And physically exhausted. Erick was some calm and helpful that I felt better after listening to his kind words along with, gentle sprit and his eagerness to help. I wish I could give him 10 stars!!!! Thx sooooo much Erick !!! You rock ❤️

Worse customer service experience I’ve ever had at that store. Patrick did not want to help me what so ever to cover my battery’s valid warranty. Not only did he send me a different location but according to that location he is well known for having a bad demeanor and completely unprofessional. The other location took less than 5 minutes to take care of me. He should not be working at a place that helps people and needs to be rectified. I come from a reputable tire company near by that store where our soul purpose is to take care of people and keep them safe, what a night and day difference. Do not recommend walking in that location if you see Patrick working that day. Thanks for nothing Patrick.

I go hear at least 3x per year, and have always been helped well.
They allow dogs, that is a huge plus, in my mind.
I LOVE that the people working here will put a wiper on for us, even though most of us could do it.
Today, I learned how to I stall my rear wiper; it wasn’t as easy as the front, so I didn’t attempt it. Now, I know, thanks to the explanations.
I really like Autozone on Menchacha; I have not yet been to the others.

I will never shop here again! I went through hell with my truck over the last month and spent over 1000.00 at autozone(8k total). I actually got help picking tint, so I came back cause it was for a car, not a truck. The other guy and lady are good bit the white dude always at the end with the what do you want now look and sigh was my only option that day. I wanted to trade the unopened tint for one for a truck one. Guy gave me ahit on receipt. I was like really. He wouldn't let me trade it even though he knew I bought it there. I showed the cc statement on my phone with the store # and date. He pretty much told me to just buy another one or get out.

They give bad service when you want to go change the parts that have a lifetime warranty... I went to the same autozone twice and they didn't give me my money back.

Very poor customer service and no sense of ownership. A lot of time and energy loss for a $4 refund (for context, I spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars every year with AutoZone) because to begin with they do not do their job correctly (wrong part shipped, system not working, etc.). Of course, it ends up being your responsibility.
