At the auto zone on Springdale the guy name Brucy, was so helpful and patient, and he knew his stuff. He was awesome! You got to check him out. He brings value to the store!

If I could give it a zero I would. The manager was very rude to me and made me cry. He screamed at me ! when I did nothing to cause that. When I confronted him about it he then told me "Thats how I talk". He was so unprofessional but very apologetic once I brought my male relatives to ask him why he was being rude. Not sure if it was because I'm a female but he needs to get an attitude adjustment.

We just went to autozone on springdale atx around 7pm today looking for a new batterie they have the right one for our car we have no tools to replace the batterie but there is some good service man jorgi we ask him for help we dont have to ask him twice he was on it like if that was his onw car we really aprecite his help thank you jorgi

Thank god for the self checkout station. It’s easy to miss and they won’t direct you to it. If you choose to wait in line expect just that…a wait.

Normal autozone, nothing happens quickly. Never enough staff. People wasting time with stupid questions to the staff they do have.

Worked with Elena on leaving my stranded car in the parking lot until I obtained the parts I needed. She was not rude just seemed overworked in a busy environment. Deal with her respectfully and you will have a positive experience.

Manager is SUPER RUDE he had an additude since I walked in the door don’t recommend this store at all!! The supervisor needs to be written up he is a short Mexican male again HES THE MANAGER he was not only rude to me but I few other people who were waiting

AUTO PARTS STORES ARE SUPPOSEDLY SUPPOSED TO EXERCISE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT YET THEY HAVE ONE OF THE RUDEST, UGLIEST ATTITUDES IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AS A AUTO PARTS SHOPPER. MAKES ME WANNA CHANGE AUTO PARTS STORES. LIKE WHY DO I WANNA BE IN A BAD MOOD TRYING TO FIX SOMETHING ON MY CAR, THEN COMING INTO A STORE WHERE CUSTOMERS FEEL BELITTLED...MAKES ME WANNA THINK WHY DO I WANNA GIVE THIS STORE MY MONEY WHEN MY EXPERIENCE WAS TRASH, MANAGER ELENA NEED A REEVALUATION ON HER MANERISM, AND RECONSIDER ACTING YOUR AGE, BE AN EXAMPLE TO THE FUTURE AUTOZONERS WHO WANNA HELP PEOPLE FIX OR REPAIR THERE VEHICLES.
