The staff is here very efficient and knowledgeable. Max was absolutely fantastic with helping getting the battery replaced. He was calm and helped to explain the process, as a non car person this really helped.

Ruben and Ken saved me. My car battery was dead and they went FAR above and beyond to help me. I went from panicking at home with a dead battery to driving home peacefully in less than an hour. They were SO nice and so professional, I am so grateful for them.

Everyone at the south congress location were friendly and helpful even though they were crazy busy with customers in the store and answering the phone which was ringing nonstop. Please get them more help so as to not burn them out. And paying them more for providing great customer care would be nice. Ruben was kind enough to change my car battery at NO additional cost between assisting other customers with their issues. Thank you!! a grateful customer

The one in Pflugerville off of 685 is the best! Nick always helps get the parts I need and Hunter and Chase has always been super helpful! Thanks for holding the standard on what auto parts stores should be.

I never write reviews but I had the best experience at this store and had to share!!! I took my car here with a completely dead battery. The workers immediately helped me find the battery I needed and replaced my battery for free. I believe it was Allen who helped me, but every worker in the store was so kind and so helpful. I had also purchased new replacement terminals, but after realizing they did not fit my car they immediately let me return them even though they had already been opened. I had taken my car to two auto repair shops before coming here, where they both tried to overcharge me, so I was so glad that the workers here were so kind, honest, and helpful. I would 100% recommend this AutoZone store to everyone!!!!
