I appreciate the store manager, Ruben, for taking the time to not only go out of his way to start my car but also help diagnosis and guide me to the right parts to get it up and running again. He was kind, helpful, and uplifting. Thank you autozone team!

If I could give negative 5 stars at this ghetto hackshop I would. The outsourced solicitation is out of control with Mobile contractors knocking car to car door creating a insecure environment, making a location unsafe to send your own daughter to pick up a part without the fear of being deceived mugged or worst. It’s a perfect feeding ground for the gullible and/or folks that know nothing abt vehicles. I was told I needed a new catalytic converter for my Honda when it was tested for an engine light and obviously i knew better and will be avoiding this location at all costs. Not sure if this is a franchise store or not but something drastically needs to be changed before this location loses all credibility. My advice to all folks nearby this store is to Invest in driving to another location or another competitive store a few miles before entrusting any car advice from any these employees. I’ve read the latest comments on this stores and it appears nothing has been resolved and they don’t care til something legally bad happens and I dont want to be nearby when it does

predatory lot booting. parked my car for less than 2 minutes (according to the boot guy) and was booted. this happened in a completely empty lot. $100 down the drain because i stopped to see if the store was open in an empty lot? crazy. the lights were still on and the employees were inside closing up so i had hoped it would have been open. i guess not and now i have $100 less.

May 10, 2024 9:30am. I attempted to return a Duralast 400 W power inverter, as I was not satisfied with the item. Spoke with the manager or acting manager Daniella regarding the return of the item. She informed me that I would have to return the item at the original store. I informed them that I purchased the item in Dallas,Tx and I’m not driving back there to return the item. She then informed me that they do not due returns at this location. She suggested that I try a different store to get it returned, I let them know I’m not going to be driving around town to locate a store to return the item. She did not attempt to accommodate a simple task. I understand her concerns about items being returned at this location as there are mechanics outside returning faulty parts. I explained this is not a vehicle part it’s just an accessory, and she just walked away with attitude. With the price gouging, I would not come here as I have done research on it and items sold here to be more expensive than other locations.

This location has a predatory company booting cars in their parking lot. Booting dozens of cars and extorting hundreds of dollars from people. Literal lines of people waiting to pay multiple people walking around the lot with Square terminals.

Horrible service ! The man was so rude and barely answered my questions and let me leave empty handed when asking about touch up paint!
also The BIG ISSUE is the unsafe parking lot. they have sketchy people changing oil and doing work on vehicles and hanging out in the lot , it’s a mess and the men harass and leer at you!

This place is horrible. There is a bunch of pesky mechanics looking for work. I caught one of them trying to steal my windshield. The environment does not feel safe at all. I thought I was going to get robbed. The employees inside were very slow a were blasting derogatory music with words like “nigga”. Very inappropriate, avoid this AutoZone at all costs.

The place feels very unsafe. I thought I was gonna get robbed or mugged. Even one of the employees told me he felt anxious and nervous. I only went to this AutoZone because it was the only one that had the part I was looking for. Next time I’d probably order it online rather than going here. The parking lot is also infested with mobile mechanics and people looking for work. The store was also blasting rap music that was pretty annoying too.

Parked in the parking lot at least 40 yards away, almost completely empty, yet they boot you. I was only gone 15-20 minutes and they fine you $100. This is predatory and scumbag behavior. The owners of this autozone oughta be ahamed of themselves. I cannot afford a $100 fine, I did nothing wrong never hindered anyone being able to park for the Autozone, and yet I’m punished. This is obviously a scam and the owners would never face me like a man about it, which they aren’t.

Parked in their lot for 10 minutes…got a predatory boot on my car…the lot was empty. They were literally waiting for me to leave so they could boot me. It cost 100$ and on top of that they had turned off lights near any signs indicating that the lot was going to boot my car. DO NOT GO. I am boycotting this place for as long as I live

Worst line and wait, just to pick up a part that I ordered online for times sake. Long line and 5 associates not helping with it. Asked one associate at the register that was free not doing anything if I could pick up my order here or do I have to wait in this long line, replied away in the line and proceeded to stand there and do nothing.
