Advanced really screwed me on my battery and went out of their way to NOT help me and autozone solved my issue. Jennifer the store manager helped me replace my battery, and helped me figure out the issue with the alternator - all in 96 degree heat. Thank you!

After an unfortunate accident by the staff while replacing my windshield wipers, the AutoZone complaints line stepped in to assure I was refunded for the damage & replacement, no thanks to the regional manager, don’t waist your time with Omar. Thank you Customer Service!!
