I've been coming here for awhile now, and have always had a good experience. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Just recently I replaced a battery in the parking lot, and the gentlemen at the desk let me borrow his battery post cleaning tool to insure I had a clean install.
This is definitely my "go to" place for anything automotive related.

Needed a new battery and it was super easy! The man helping me (who I, unfortunately, didn't get the name of) was super friendly! This is second time getting a battery here and both times have been very pleasant experiences!

Today is Friday October 4, 2024. I went in to get my car plugged in to see what could be wrong with it at around 6pm. The guy that attended me was a young white guy in a cap. He gave me the machine to plug into my car because he said he couldn't leave the store unattended and he couldn't find his coworkers so I went outside to try to plug my car to the dignostic thing myself and I couldn't figure it out so I went back inside to tell him. I could tell he didn't want to leave the store with none of his coworkers inside but since there was no one in the store, he went with me anyway cause I needed the help. As we were walking out the door he noticed that one of his coworkers was outside and called her by her name "Renee" and she didn't hear him because she was too busy laughing & flirting with a customer outside, across the parking lot so he kept walking with me to my car to get the diagnostics done. By the time we went back inside, there were like 4 or 5 people that had gotten there & were waiting for someone to help them and the only one that was there to help was the 1 young white guy that was helping me. I don't know where the 3rd one was. I never saw him but i knew there was a third one cause he was looking for that one before he walked outside to my car with me. I had already seen that employee, Renee, outside when i was first walked into the store & since then, she had been outside talking and flirting with the same guy but I didn't pay much attention and hadn't realized she was an autozone employee. When the young white guy was talking to me about my results, he still had a line of other customers to help. As I was driving off, "Renee" was still outside in front of the store but they had now walked to a tree in front of the store still with that same customer, swinging her keys as she was still talking and flirting with him. I rate the guy that assisted me a 5 for customer service and trying to hold down the fort without his coworkers help. I rate Renee a 0. If she was on the clock, she had no business abandoning her coworkers for that long of a time! Ma'am, you are getting paid to work, not to find yourself a man. This is so frustrating as a customer and Im sure even as an employee. As an employee, you don't want to throw anyone under the bus but you shouldn't have to pick up someone else's slack either just because other employees choose to slack off. If Renee is a manager, this is such bad leadership.

I was there for a battery. I spoke to Uddin about my situation, not only he knows exactly what I needed, he also took his time to replace the battery for me too. Everything was done right. The weather was 100+ degrees outside. Excellent service. A++.

My battery died after two years (while under warranty) so I brought my car in after a jump to get a new one. They replaced it at no charge, Bryce was very helpful and knowledgeable. He tested my battery and my car’s electrical system. The whole trip only took about ten minutes!

I visited AutoZone today and had an exceptional experience with an employee named Bashiruddin. He went above and beyond to assist me, not only showing me how to change my car battery but also guiding me through the entire process. The task turned out to be more challenging than either of us expected, but Bashiruddin remained persistent and dedicated, ensuring that I was back on the road safely.
I understand that battery replacements aren't always performed on vehicles like mine, so I truly appreciate the extra effort he put in. As a customer and a manager with 12 years of experience running my own store, l can confidently say that Bashiruddin is the kind of employee any team would be lucky to have. His commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, and it's employees like him that make customers like me want to return.
While I won't be coming back for another battery replacement (thanks to his thorough guidance), I will definitely be returning to this location for any future needs. Thank you, Bashiruddin, for your outstanding service!

Came in to buy gasket maker and borrow tools. Renee the manager helped me out. She went out of her way to make sure I got the torque wrench that I needed. The place was crazy busy and she treated everyone with the perfect balance of care and urgency

This place was great! I needed a new battery and the process was quick and seamless. They checked to make sure I did in fact need a new battery first, then helped me pick the correct one, and installed the new battery quickly. Uddin helped me through the process and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even found an issue with the previous installed battery and fixed that for me! All around very pleasant experience and so thankful I went to this location.
