The Auto Tek team is ALWAYS soo welcoming when I arrive, thorough in their work, and patient & professional when explaining the work done. It does not stop when I drive away. I ALWAYS get a follow-up CHECK-IN a few days later to make sure all good. They are keepers!

If you want a shop that values and respects your time please do not bring it here. Brought my car in 7 AM Monday for brakes and was quoted a completion time of late Tuesday/Early Wednesday. Called Wednesday for an update and was told it was started on but wouldnt be finished till Thursday. Nothing on Thursday. Called Friday morning and was told it would be finished within a few hours. Dont get how a hour and half brake job would take 2+ days but sure. Amateur hour over here folks
