“SO SO SO THANKFUL FOR THEM!!! Was traveling very far out from my hometown (all the way in Arizona), just got done driving 18 hours. Noticed there was a knocking noise coming from my vehicle. Called around but no one had any open availability, thankfully Crank Auto was open weekends and very welcoming to me. Had me bring in the vehicle and found out my bearings and ball joint was very bad! Not to mention how quick the timing was to make sure it was done but they were very accommodating and affordable for my family. Highly recommend! Never have I had such gracious behavior from mechanics in my life!”

“HCE is fantastic. I needed a clutch and flywheel replacement on my Porsche 718. The Porsche dealership quoted over $8K. HCE cut the price by almost half (with a military discount). They use genuine OEM Porsche parts and they keep vehicles that are being serviced indoors from drop off to return. Call around to other European focused shops in the area if you want to, but HCE provides phenomenal service, they use genuine parts, and the staff has great previous experience working directly for the vehicle brands they service. I HIGHLY recommend HCE. I will also call out the fact that I RARELY write reviews…that is how pleased I am at this point!”

“I was able to get the check engine light diagnosis, repair, and oil an oil change within 4 hours of dropping my vehicle off. The code thrown to cause the check engine light wasn’t even the issue. It was further up the line. The staff worked with my warranty company and made the entire process as simple for me as it could be. Will be back for future needs.”

btw, I've been there at least two dozen times with a number of different cars and projects. I am a "real customer".
This place is great. It's a great idea and the staff is mostly pretty awesome.
Unfortunately, they changed the pricing to a two hour min of $60ish. If you need to do a quick job, it doesn't make sense to come here anymore. Seems like the owner wanted to shift the focus of the shop to larger, project jobs, not sure.
Oh well, guess it's time to break out the ol' jack and stands.”

It is an honor to be a member of the Austin Infiniti family. Let me start by saying I drive from San Antonio Texas to Austin Texas for services for my vehicle. Dave Henricks (Service Advisor) and Mario Trevino (Inspector) are without a doubt the ideal professionals representing Austin Infiniti extremely well. There professionalism an expertise gives customers the calm and ease of knowing that their vehicle is in the care of caring professionals. I applaud the care and concern they give each and every time I am trust my vehicle to them. They are the Abraham Lincolns of Austin Infiniti. There Dave is the most honest service advisor I have ever encountered in the 8 years of me owning my Infinity. I take pride in writing this review because all too often the bad is said but the good is always overlooked for just a thank you. I truly appreciate the expertise and being a part of an outstanding family such as Austin Infiniti. Job well done to Dave Henricks and Mario Trevino they are always working hard at Austin Infiniti. “I had an outstanding experience with Trent and the technicians from Tech One Automobile! From the moment I called, Trent was friendly and professional. He quickly arranged for a same-day diagnosis of my car, which I greatly appreciated.
When I arrived, he took the time to walk me through the entire process, making sure I understood what would happen next to get my car checked out. The technician was efficient and thorough, identifying the source of the oil leak in no time—turns out it was my oil cooling line that had been damaged from hitting a sidewalk.
Trent then assessed the repair costs and provided me with a printed quote, complete with a timeline for getting the necessary parts and completing the repairs. He also mentioned the possibility of a discount if I decided to have additional work done, which was a nice touch.

“We were in a situation where I was 7 hours away from home in Austin TX. The vehicle showed low tire warning. We called around to find a tire repair shop. The first place I called wanted to charge me $50. So we called Tires to you and was told that if the tire was repairable that they would repair it for free. I couldn't believe it. I had never heard such a thing. I went over and the staff of young ladies were very nice and very knowledgeable about tires and tire repair. They found 2 nails in the tire and some wire showing. It was deemed unrepairable, but the did mount my spare tire on the vehicle and they didn't charge me a thing. I would definitely do business with them if I'm ever in the area again. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.”
“Emailed to set up an appointment for an oil change and Brandon promptly responded to set up a time that fit my schedule. When I arrived, Brandon was also there to meet me and intake my car.
I got a free inspection along with the oil change. They took in my car immediately and gave me an accurate estimate on when it would be done which allowed me leave to do other things and come back without any waiting.
Brandon checked me out as well and was very polite and personable from start to finish. Great experience, I will go back when other car needs arise.”

“Eddie is an electrical genius. I had a malfunctioning horn that would randomly go off and not stop until I removed the fuse. Several mechanics tried to resolve the issue but failed. The horn was the bane of my existing and highly embarrassing. Then I found Eddie. He identified the cause of the issue after performing diagnostics and fixed it for an affordable price. I can now drive in peace with a working horn thanks to Eddie!”
