“I have used Autocraft for years. They are the only shop I’ll take my Tesla to. In this most recent incident, State Farm wanted to total my car, which was perfectly drivable. They just didn’t think it was worth fixing. But Autocraft worked with them and ended up convincing them to pay for the entire thing, and all I paid was my $250 deductible! Outstanding customer service, and of course, their craftsmanship is second to none! Best in town, no doubt about it. Cristian was my service manager and he is not only respectful and thoughtful, but extremely on the ball and knows how to get the job done. If you have a luxury car that needs body repairs, these guys are the way to go.”

“I just got my car fixed at Twomey and had an AMAZING experience. I was in a car crash and had been given a quote by insurance that ended up being lower than the actual cost. Not only did Carlos match the insurance’s original price, but he also took it upon himself to call our insurance directly and sort it out when it ended up being more expensive to fix! He was incredibly kind and proactive. He offered to fix other parts of my car at amazing prices as well. Overall, I feel that this is a very honest business and they are really good at what they do! I’ve been to other auto shops and, as a young girl, these places often try to scam me and highball me. This was not the case at Twomey at all. They made the process super easy, and I’m very happy with the results!”

“My best friend has a saying “ You meet your friends a long time before you need them”. Here’s my Review and advice - I Grew up in the Body shop business in Austin and my dad had a shop for over 30 years. I have managed Dealerships to owning 2 Locations in Nashville myself. Needless to say I’m well versed in this area. I moved back to the Austin area in 2007. I then Managed the Premier Shop in Leander H & R Auto Body for 8 years I retired in 2017 from there.
This year H&R owners sold their business to a well deserved retirement. Wouldn’t you know it, my wife was rear ended in her SUV a few weeks ago. There is only one other shop I was willing to take my car to that I knew I could trust and get a quality repair and would work with my insurance company to see so. I have known the owner since High School and was very familiar with his quality of work. Jeff’s Auto body in Austin. Jeff took care of us like family, Jeff,, Joe and the rest of his crew are awesome. Thank, Jeff and I highly recommend him for any collision repairs. It’s the only place to choose. Jeff is very efficient with handling the claim and takes all of the pain out of the process. My Slogan for my shops was “Your Collision Decision”. Jeff’s should be your collision decision and all you have to do is just give me the keys. They do all the things necessary for a quality repair.

“I'm a year overdue, but I came to these guys when another driver messed up my front bumper & lights when I was parked at work. I brought my car over to Qualitek because it was close to my home at the time. I think Nathan was the first guy I spoke with, he was real upfront with me, kept it 100 as far as having my car fixed. He basically told me that he wouldn't be able to make any promises & that it would be an all or nothing situation with the car being fixed. They kept me posted with any & every update on a daily and/or weekly basis. Unfortunately, I was not able to get my car back due to insurance claims, but the customer service that I had with Nathan, Eddie, and the owner(forgot his name) is something that I appreciate & would never forget. Would definitely recommend coming here!!”
“They do great work. They’re a little high priced if you’re paying out of pocket like I was (I’m an insurance adjuster, so I know repair times, etc) but all the other comments seem to suggest they work well with insurance companies. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my cars back, but again if you’re paying out of pocket they’re a tad high priced.”
