Terrible experience! I got a vehicle and it broke down within a couple weeks, when I tried to get it fixed the process took very long and the issue was not resolved. A waste of time, money, and credit. Never again!

Do not buy any cars from this dealer they sell nothing but junk that won’t even last a month bought a car from them drove for maybe a month or 2 then broke down took it back to them said they fixed it broke down again remind you I don’t live in the Austin area had to pay to get it towed the dang transmission went out said they fixed it but the transmission is still making noise and the gears are grinding withe each other now manger Sam or whatever he is doesn’t want to give us a different car .saying to take it to ford that’s it’s not his problem no more save your money and go else we’re will be reporting this to the better business bureau!!

One of the worst place for buying car, the manager is the rude person I ever seen, I came from San Antonio when I get there he told me come next day I don’t have time for you he waste all my day, don’t come and waste your time.
