They've been so kind and helpful and my shade tree (but very good out of state) mechanic father who consulted with them believes in their assessment ability and their honesty.
I've had many great experiences with them and will use them and refer people to them for as long as that remains true.

Anthony & Blake are amazing, I was scared to bring my car in after a bad experience with another shop. I explain to Anthony what was going on with my vehicle took them a day to figure out the issue, he didn’t try to push me into fixing other parts that do need attention soon. His prices are unbeatable ? thank you so much for the great work I will be back soon.

I had a very disappointing experience with Austin Automotive Specialists. I took my car in for a clicking noise in the engine, and they claimed the problem was related to the AC system, with the only way to fix it being a full replacement. I paid for the service, but my AC, which worked perfectly before, stopped functioning properly afterward. I returned to the shop 3 times after the initial service to get it fixed, and each time they have failed to resolve the issue they caused. Now I'm left without AC in 100+ degree weather. I’ve lost trust in their ability to provide competent service and won't be returning. Despite the frustration, I will say Blake and Anthony were kind and helpful throughout the process, but ultimately I just wanted my car fixed.

Awesome service and staff! I brought my x1 without an appointment, and they diagnosed the problem and replaced my headlights in about an hour for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

It is such a relief to find an automotive shop that is honest and trustworthy. I’m a single mom who doesn’t know much about cars so I can easily be taken advantage of. Every time it’s time to take my vehicle in for maintenance or when the scary check engine light comes on, there is a sense of dread that comes over me because I know how difficult it is to find a mechanic who cares about doing the right thing. Last weekend, I took my car to Austin’s Automotive because my maintenance-required light came on. Melissa, the shop manager was so helpful and sweet. Plus, she is so knowledgeable about vehicles. Melissa got my car quickly checked into the shop and had the mechanics run a diagnostic on my car. They found that it was simply a sensor that needed to be reset. And they didn’t charge me anything for the diagnostic or the reset of my sensor. I was impressed by how professional and thorough they are. If you plan to take your car in, you should call Melissa to make an appointment first; obviously, they are busy since they are so good at what they do.
Much appreciation to Austin Automotive Specialists. I won't be taken my car anywhere else for maintenance moving forward!

Anthony was super helpful in removing a stripped anti-theft lug bolt on my wheel. It was seized on and had to be drilled/hammered out so it proved to be harder than originally thought, but he stuck to his original quote for me. I am leaving a happy customer as well as a return customer for future work, knowing this location will do quality work while clearly communicating about charges and costs upfront. Honesty and integrity are important in this line of work and this business shows those values.

Had an emergency and the staff here was very friendly and speedy!! Customer friendly and the service here they went above and beyond to make sure to help fix my car. I’m traveling and was so distraught but left here very happy ?

Had oil change appointment at 3, they didn't start working on my car until 4:10, (I know because my phone connects to my car when it's turned on), had my keys in hand by 4:40. Almost 2 hrs for an oil change! Would be less upset if they had informed me they were running an hour late. I could have came back at 4 or a different day.
