I recommend Ken with no reservations. Excellent welder. My Panamera wasn’t driving quite “right.” My mechanic suspected this was related to some dents he saw on my wheels. Reached out to German Auto, who recommended Ken.Called on a Wednesday, scheduled for Thursday, picked it up on Friday, just in time for a road trip.Car drives nice and smooth like it’s supposed to, and for a great price. If you need your wheels replaced in Austin, go here.Final comment. Maybe I’m old school, but I quite liked Ken’s company and demeanor. We stood around for 30m after my car was done talking fast cars and old times. He didn’t waste a lot of time on the phone when we scheduled, and I think as a solo business owner, he juggles a lot of balls to turn around jobs quickly. This guy’s cool, trust.

I only wish I could give NO stars! ! The ex convict meth drug dealer owner ((Ken,)) lies and makes promises he can't keep. This place should be shut down for his prices and lies I lost time dealing with him and my car wheel and tire. Finally after I got back from vacation expecting to see my Mercedes sitting on vogues and ready to take home after I already paid him in advance but apon arrival my car had no wheels or tires and one side had fallen off of the broken jack. I never got my money back just my same old tires after days. Don't forget this is not a game. I have never had to associate with such trash.

Bent rim fixed with 24hrs. I was told I’d need a new rim and new tire by a dealership. The owner advised my tire is fine and the rim could be fixed no problem. Been about 3 weeks with no further issues, saving me hundreds. The owner absolutely rocks and went above expectations. Coming here for any and all future rim repair needs.

I went here to get volvo 21 inch wheel fixed. It was damaged badly and i had no hope that it will get fixed. Once i got the wheel back i was shocked. It was almost like he replaced my wheel with a brand new one. Highly recommend!

Came out of his way on a weekend and was willing to help, he even gave me a temporary fix for my wheel and tire. Haven’t used his other services but from the reviews I am sure he does a great job!

I had a bumpy ride for a couple thousand miles - hit some potholes, and got myself some hefty bends and dents in the wheels on my VW GolfR - 21", aluminum alloy, "can't repair these, just replace them" wheels.After Ken finished with my car, for any normal person, it was impossible to tell the difference between his work and a brand new OEM wheel. Absolutely incredible aesthetic work, all chips and external damages were completely removed. The ride is smooth, and all wheel-based road noise is completely gone.If you're having a bad experience on the phone, or at any point before he's doing the work - he's literally just one guy. Be patient, wait your turn, and be amazed by his handiwork.

Go here if you live in Austin, trust me! I took my 2022 Tesla Model X here from downtown Austin Texas. The area the shop is in is a manufacturing yard but he will only take your vehicle if there’s space in his shop and it’s safely stored. Service turn around was less than 24 hours. Honest, humble, and a bargain in cost for 10/10 quality. Will come back again if needed.

Ignore the bad reviews. If you want someone to talk nice to you on the phone and make you feel good....there are other services for that.This man is busy working and running his shop himself.And the work he does is absolutely fantastic. He saved me several THOUSAND dollars from having to replace an entire set of off road rims. He immediately recognized and diagnosed a problem that several other tire and rim shops missed. He fixed the rim and made it like brand new again. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone with a rim problem, and will absolutely be using his services again should I ever have need to.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Really solid work fixing curb rash on wheels. I took a 2022 Tesla Model Y Performance with the 21" Überturbine wheels that had significant damage (but not bent), and he fixed them to the point they looked exactly brand new. I just couldn't tell where the damage was in the first place. Amazing attention to detail.

Had the worst experience with Ken. Owner of austin wheel repair. I recommended this place to no one in Austin texas. Very unprofessional. This man charged me $240 dollars to basically give me my rim back in worst shape then it was. Broken pieces and wheel plate lock will no longer stay on. I asked if he could make it right and it was a weeks long of chasing him down and in the end he left the wheel worse than when i brought it. Do not use austin wheel repair
