This was easily the best car buying experience I ever had. No pressure and friendly service. Ken and John were so easy to work with and very reasonable.
The deals are great, the experience is no pressure, and process is quick and hassle free. If I ever need another used car I'm coming straight back here.

Saw a vehicle they posted for sale I was interested. Email them for more info on the truck. I emailed them a request for certain info on the the truck as I am not local. Out of few questions I sent out, I get a one line reply “it’s in good condition. We are fixing the AC”. For the next week I get follow up emails and I replied multiple to the sales person and manager with no reply. Then almost a week of emailing with no answer saw they took the listing down. The one person who was messaging me after the last website inquiry doesn’t know anything. Seems they don’t take you seriously when you’re not local. Was trying to get a better idea on the truck so I can make a cash purchase.

My boyfriend and I were on a hunt for a daily vehicle. After talking to Ken and Cesar, we purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra with low miles and in an eye-catching blue. After my horrible experience with Auto Nation in Austin, I continued my search for a new vehicle. Well, my search ended here at Austin Texas Cars and Trucks. I worked with Cesar, and from the beginning I could see that customer service was at the top of his list. I looked the vehicle over, which was a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD. Truck was in great condition with low miles. I test drove it and was pleased with how it felt and the ride. We went in to do the paperwork and I talked with Mr. Ken. He approached and talked to me as if we had known each other for years. The whole staff was pleasant and the process was quick. I can't speak for all of the vehicles on their lot but from what I saw, they looked like quality used vehicles. I live near Fort Cavazos (Hood), so for me to drive almost 60 miles for a vehicle is quite a drive so time is money for me. This trip was well worth it. If I had to say anything negative it would be that I would have liked a full tank of fuel in the vehicle prior to my departure but that's a minor complaint. Overall, I had a good experience and customer service goes a long way with me, especially when it comes to the money I worked hard to earn.

BUYER BEWARE If you value honesty and integrity do not look here. I don't normally write reviews, but I hope I can help someone else save their time and hard earn money. It was a mistake going here from internet search. My salesperson was nice but wasn't very interested in cars sales seemingly that day. I actually thought he was a customer, test drove the car Red Challenger RT . I asked was the car serviced etc. Cause personal items where inside after test drive and was told the oil was changed I think? I have TEIR 1 credit so im approved anywhere ..the next day another person called about my experience which I shared he was somewhat fluid seemingly in making these calls and wish he was there and it wouldn't have happened! ( I want to make it right) and apologized and would definitely get the car looked over the nextdayWhen asked about service history he said he would reach out to the former owner ?? Seriously ? He committed to call me with update of car the next day.i called him at the end of day after I never heard from anyone . I decided to purchase another car based on gut feelings from the declining experience and gave him a coutesy call .. he said well somebody buying the car tomorrow we both win. Wow..so much for your word . This is someone who said he wanted to make things right ? He made things worse actually. I plan to follow up with BBB and Third Coast Group(subsidiary) I was focused on the car not thinking places like this still exist . Really glad I didn't purchase , fingers crossed for others . Get the service and honesty your hard earn money and time deserves. This is why used car dealers get a bad name.

Bought a vehicle here around a month ago, the sales process was relatively painless however my salesperson Brantley accidentally submitted my loan information to the wrong bank. He also told me the car was inspected before I bought it. I had a leaky tire shortly after purchasing so I took it to discount tire and they measured both of the rear tires at 1/32”, which doesn’t meet the DPS safety standard and I was stuck with a $1500 tire bill. I reached out to Brantley and the manager, Ken, multiple times without a response. Brantley eventually got back to me and apologized for the inconvenience but there still wasn’t a solution for the expense and when I asked when I’ll get my metal plates he said I can’t because the vehicle didn’t have an inspection on file
