I love this gym!! It's small, but just big enough. I was looking for a gym that felt personal and provided personal trainers and have been SO happy with Austin Simply Fit. Andrea has been the best trainer I've had in the last 15 years. She's attentive, supportive, and creative with workout plans. I cannot recommend Austin Simply Fit and Andrea enough! She's perfection and will make your workout fun!!

Summary: If you’re willing to shell out a lot of money and just want to get the workouts in while you’re at the gym with no desire for anything outside of your sessions and looking for more down to earth atmosphere this is the place for you. If you’re looking for any type of long-term goal setting, progress tracking or developing full week plans outside of sessions (to maximize your dollar), this is not it for you.Pros:- The instructor I had great focus on getting the right form. I left feeling educated on specific exercises that we did.- The instructors are very down to earth (except one guy who was super intense).- The environment was very positive overallCons:- No focus on outside the session (no take home workouts, no tracking, no advice on nutrition or how to improve in between)- Prices are higher than I expected (about $75 per session for only 30 min). I feel like that should be the hourly price, or if that’s for 30 min then I should be getting a full workout program for the off days.- I didn’t really feel like there was a focus on goals, I wanted to work specific areas but the workouts were more full body or even when we did a lower body focus it was quads not glutes (which was not what I wanted)So why does this place have such good reviews?- 2 reasons: One: the coaches are super friendly. I loved my coach as a person so wouldn’t want to say anything bad about her. And two, I was asked to write a review originally (which was 5 stars) and so obviously I’m gonna write a good review while I’m still there.

I have been training with Silas for about five weeks. He is a first class trainer. He prioritizes safety in order to keep me injury free. He pushes and encourages me and is extremely knowledgeable. I am sure that anyone who trains with him will have a very positive experience.

I’ve been working with Silas for over a month now and have been enjoying the process. I’ve had a hard time being consistent in the gym in the past but Silas is very supportive. I’ve noticed that I’m able to push myself harder when working with him.Fitness is challenging - but Silas is great at making sure that one stays safe and does not over exert themselves while still making progress. Silas is capable of working with people of any fitness level, regardless of their background.

Austin Simply Fit has been an absolute changer for me! It’s a truly phenomenal place and I actively look forward to going there twice a week.I started boxing to get back into fitness, loved it and still do but I hit a plateau. I do exercises both in boxing and at the gym 100% better now than when I walked in.The location is fully equipped but small and designed for just a few people who are also there with personal trainers. They play good and diverse music, and it’s never loud or crowded.The personal trainers all seem extremely nice and knowledgeable. My trainer is V and she is THE BEST! My partner and I both train here at the same time and she customizes exercises for each of us and somehow monitors both our form.I highly recommend Austin Simply Fit to anybody whose looking to get into shape or improve their existing routine.

What can I say? This place (and especially Vilita) is the best! Where to even begin? The location is amazing, the gym is cozy, but has everything one could ever want and THE TRAINERS!! They're knowledgeable, fun and so very friendly.Up until about a year and a half ago, I had never done any strength training. It had always been cardio. But recognizing how your body changes as we age, I knew I needed to build some muscle mass.Enter Vilita (who my wife had been seeing for years and also raves about). She listened to my goals, asked great questions about my history and health and set to work developing a tailored plan that has transformed my body through twice a week workouts that are as challenging as they are always changing (which is great, because I never get bored). Vilita is communicative, encouraging and extremely educated in her field. She's also extremely accommodating when I have to change my schedule.I would recommend Austin Simply Fit (and Vilita Cruz) to anyone at any stage in their fitness journey. They can work with the pros who have been doing it for years and need that extra push, to those who are just starting out and want to be their best selves.Check them out. You won't regret it.

I cannot recommend Silas Fisher enough. I have never been a "gym" person, but I wanted to see if I could find someone that could help me be more confident in the gym. I chose Austin Simply Fit because they have a unique combination of teaching new exercises and use of equipment, designing workouts for your body, and also demonstrating efficiency in the gym. Learning how to do effective, 30-minute workouts on my own has been life-changing. Silas has been so patient with me throughout this process. He's the best!

Becky is amazing. Austin Simply Fit is a great no judgment supportive place. I feel so strong and healthy since joining in August ‘23. I can tell the staff is very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest science. I go twice a week and would go more if I could afford it. 10/10 it’s worth every dollar for the personalized care and 1 on 1 attention.

Nick and the whole Simply Fit crew are friendly, professional and amazingly supportive. It’s a small gym that feels laid back, clean, approachable. All the exercises/equipment are straightforward, and they work with you where you are. Our whole family is training here now, plus a few friends. I’ve tried all kinds of classes and gyms and so far this feels like I’m actually making progress. This is my first time with a personal trainer and I would definitely recommend Nick “Turbo” or any of the other trainers here.

My trainer, Nicky, is always prepared for my session, always watches my form, makes sure it is correct, and makes this fun. He explains every exercise and demonstrates it for me. I know I’m making progress because I can tell I’m stronger by how I’m working around my house and what I’m able to do elsewhere. The simply fit facility is always super clean, and the other clients seem as happy as me. I will continue to progress it simply fit and can’t wait to reach my goals there!

Beckie is an amazing trainer! She doesn’t focus on the numbers on the scale or inches, but your personal strength and growth to become strong and healthy, which is a new approach for me. She takes the stress out of reaching your goals because it feels like you’re just working out with a friend and before you know it, you start noticing changes and realize how strong you’ve become! 10 stars!!!
