It is a wonderful little thrift store with the added bonus of supporting the fur babies of Austin. Just remember they're reliant on donations so they don't have exactly what you're looking for they don't have it.

This is great store and I’ve done magnificently well here. My shoe and necklace collection has been bolstered considerably by this store. Staff is friendly and always allow me to see whatever merchandise they have in the glass cases. The ApA thrift stores are a god sent.

This thrift store used to be great when it first opened, they used to have a variety of different and unique stuff for a cheap affordable price. Now however it has changed a lot since the past couple of years prices are gouging on good merchandise and whatever you DO find that is cheap is basically junk they are trying to get rid of. They also started holding good brands behind the counter and auction them (which was something they never did) APA turned into another goodwill.

Such a fun addition to the North Loop/Airport area. I've been supporting and shopping at the APA locations for years, but this is the closest to me. I can get lost browsing in here.
Great items that benefit a wonderful cause. Staff is always friendly and they always have something I can't leave without. I also prefer to take my donations here to help the animals and to give someone else the joy I have finding items.

This store is infested with bugs - tried on a few dresses before noticing bugs crawling on the fabric and carpet of the dressing room. Ran out and now finding bugs all over me!!

Shopping at Austin Pets Alive! not only gives you great finds at affordable prices but also supports a noble cause—proceeds go towards benefiting homeless animals.They sell donated items from women's/mens clothes and shoes, books, furniture, house wear, jewelry, hairstyling tools, pet bowls, pet harnesses/collars and much more.I spent most of my time at the women's clothing section; good selection of items for women's clothing: lots of athletisure, dresses, bags, shoes and even a section for wedding dresses! They separate boutique and regular clothes. Boutique items consist of brand names like Lululemon, outdoor voices, North face, etc. which are priced higher than regular items.They had 50% blue tag color the day I went, so i scored some gap active wear leggings for $3!Definitely recommend visiting if you love supporting animals, while finding a good bargain!

This is a nice store, with lovely workers and a wonderful cat. However it’s important to be aware that ALL CLOTHING SALES are final. There is no return policy easily findable on the website, also not a plus.
