The meat is amazing quality for a very worthy price. Almost any cut or meat for any cooking you can think of is available here. Better quality than all of the stores in the local area. I highly recommend you get your meat, spices, olive oil, and cheese from this place, and you are also supporting a local business.

I bought some rib eyes on Monday. 5 1 inch cut at a reasonable price. I actually just compared it to Costco and this place was actually cheaper. I'll definitely be a regular here.

Clean and well organized store with good customer service. This store has variety of products and choices. I’ve tried many different products from this store and they are all great. The meat is very high quality and fresh.
Recently i tried the makdus (stuffed eggplant) So delicious, the smell and the taste is amazing. The thing I like about this product is the balance between the ingredients.

I don't understand why they put the wrong opening hours, I arrived at 8:45, and it was closed, and they put it as closing at 9 pm. I think the manager is crazy, I drove a long way and then found it closed.

Me and my dad went to get us some oxtails and the service was really good the manager even gave my dad these angle kisses chocolate that he wanted to try. Such a nice place

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to [Austin Meat Market], specifically in the meat market department. Despite being a regular customer, I was denied assistance with purchasing a whole chicken cut into small pieces. Instead, the staff directed me to buy pre-packaged whole chickens, which were larger than what I needed.
I found this experience to be inconvenient and frustrating, as I had specifically visited the store for the purpose of purchasing a whole chicken in smaller pieces. The staff's refusal to accommodate my request was disappointing, especially considering my loyalty to the business.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and flexibility. I hope that the management will take my feedback into consideration and take necessary steps to improve the customer experience in the future.

Selling old stock! I was buying 3 whole chicken which was packed and put in the shelf and then another customer walks in asking for whole chicken and this guy at the register tells him he has fresh chicken in the back. When I asked I am buying the same can you get me the fresh as well, he lied saying the other customer wants uncut chicken. Then I saw they were giving him cut chicken. I asked the guy the registered that he was lying and then he says it’s the same fresh chicken but the other customer gets chicken from the back. I suspect they are putting wrong dates on the meat.
I felt disrespected when lied to my face twice. Never coming back

Great butcher shop! The owner kindly comped us a few lambchops to sample, and they were the best! Thick and succulent and tender. This is our go-to shop for lamb from now on.

On the map it says they are open but when you go to store they are closed even tho they have costumers at the location . People may be driving from far away so that would be good if they can change the store times properly when they open and close .
