What an experience. Didn't even feel like a "dealership dealership" in the negative sense we usually think of when hearing the word.
If you're looking for a niche vehicle, Al will find it for you. The experience wasn't pushy or "sales-y" at all. Truly a place where they want the vehicle to be a good fit for you.
I was also extremely impressed by the emphasis on preserving the vehicles, emphasis of only housing the best of the best vehicles in the country (example wise), and emphasis on customer experience.
I have ZERO complaints. It felt like purchasing a car from a friend than anything else.
I can see why 90% of their sales are return customers and the other reviews here clearly showcase that as well. I will be one of these down the road as well.

Really easy to set up an appointment to see the car and they held it for me while I waited for my loan to be approved. They let me know that there was a small issue with the AC that they would fix on their dime when I bought the car. Were kind enough to deliver my new plates to me. Really nice guys to work with ?

Al and Eldon were extremely professional. I was looking for a specific truck a they provided me exactly what I was looking for. My experience here was a "Let's see if we can find you what you need" as opposed to a "hey, lemme sell you something, wanna buy this?" which made for a low pressure and friendly environment.I like to wait a while before I'm 100 percent satisfied with a purchase(I worry more than the average person" and this a is one of those 100 percent satisfied times. They don't just throw any bucket on the lot so you can actually go home confident that you purchased a solid machine. With it being one of the most stressful times to purchase a vehicle, going to Austin Elite Motors alleviated much of the stress that goes into car shopping. I would definitely buy from them again.

I didn't start my day looking for a truck but I found one at Austin Elite Motors. The truck was hand picked and superior condition - it constantly drops jaws considering age, mileage, and condition.Their pricing was fair and Eldon, Albert, and Bob never pressured me.
