Sold me a car that was unsafe to drive. Car was totalled and they still sold it as if it was a working vehicle. Dealership refused to take responsibility and put my life in danger by selling me a damaged car and lying about it. Filed with claims and going to court. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Sold me a 2019 dodge challenger with a blown engine. When I asked If there was anything wrong with the vehicle they told me it was minor and had no major issues. Would never buy from them again.

False advertising. Called to confirm car was there and dude on the phone was nice and encouraging. Drove 40 minutes on 09/20 to see a CX-5. Of the 16 pictures of the car on the website, NONE of them had pictures of the HUGE side swipe dent we saw when we pulled up to their lot. HUGE! No mention of it in the description as well. Not mad, but I should not have to take time out of my day to drive 80 minutes total before I find out the car has a HUGE dent on the side. (Pics attached are from their site, intentionally didn't post any of the bad side). Please do better and don't waste people's time.

We love the car but we were told the dealer would register and send us the plates. We have not been able to drive it since April 30 due to temporary license expiring. I have called three times now been ignored.

Austin Auto Assistance sold a car to us and won't start. Tried to call and speak to someone, first time I called they told me they would get the owner to call me. Next time my calls went straight to voice mail.Not recommended

I have been dealing with Austin Auto for 10 yrs now. I have bought 7 2 vans, 2 suburban, 2suv, and now 1 car. Austin Auto ?? have been their for me throughout my financial difficulties due to health reasons. They go above and beyond to help and any way they can because they wanna see you into a vehicle not just any kind of vehicles a good running vehicles that don't have many Auto issues and if you can 't afford to get the help you need due to lack of funds, job situation, health issues ? they do what it takes to keep you in a good running vehicles. I personally suggest anyone who is a single parent, who has health issues, who don't have the best credit with creditors to go get you a car, suburban, truck, etc. A0t Austin Auto Assistance ??????!!!Sincerely,Teisha E. Tried to contact them by email asking questions about a vehicle did not get a response for over a week and no questions were answered, called their multiple phone numbers listed and no one picked up during listed open hours. When I finally got through to someone they said they were busy and would call back and still haven't heard back after multiple weeks of trying to get in contact. This business is lazy and unmotivated to do business
